By entering the Sunrise x Bluey Competition (“Competition”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. STANDARD TERMS
1.1 Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry.
2. WHO CAN ENTER?
2.1 Subject to clause 2.2, entry is open to residents of Australia, 18 years and older, where the Channel Seven signal is received.
2.2 Employees and their immediate family members of Seven Network (Operations) Limited (“Promoter”), BBC Studios (“the Prize Supplier”), and their associated agencies and companies and any Prize suppliers are not eligible to enter.
2.3 In this clause 2.2, a reference to “Immediate Family Member” includes a spouse, defacto spouse, parent, natural or adopted child or sibling.
2.4 Winners must be able to participate in the prize as stipulated in clause 4.1, to be deemed a valid winner.
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1 The competition commences on Friday 1st August 2025 at 12:00pm (AEST) and concludes
on Saturday 2nd August 2025 at 12.00pm (AEST) (“the Competition Period”).
3.2 For entry details, viewers must watch Sunrise and Weekend Sunrise (“the Programs”) scheduled to be broadcast on the Seven Network (“the Network”) between 05:30am to 09:00am during the Competition Period from Friday 1st August 2025 to Saturday 2nd August 2025. There will be a competition segment featured during the Program (or any replacement program broadcasted by Seven in the relevant timeslot) throughout the Competition Period, which will display information on how to enter.
3.3 In order to enter, viewers must:
a) Visit the Sunrise Competition website and register their full name, address (including state and postcode), email address, mobile phone number; and
b) Submit an answer to the competition question, “In 25 words or less, tell us why your family deserves to go to Bluey World?”
3.4 Entries must be received by Saturday 2nd August 2025 at 12.00pm (AEST).
3.5 Entrants may enter the competition as many times as they wish.
3.6 The entry must be:
a) the original independent creation of the entrant;
b) written in English; and
c) free from any claims, including but not restricted to copyright or trademark claims, by other parties.
3.7 Entry details remain the property of the Promoter and will not be returned to the entrant. The Prize Winners agree to grant the Promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use their entries in all media worldwide and the Prize Winners will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
3.8 Any entry that contains content that the Promoter, in its sole discretion, considers to be offensive or inappropriate in any way or that the Promoter considers, in its sole discretion, to infringe any intellectual property rights or other rights of any person, corporation or entity, will be considered ineligible. The decision to accept or reject an entry is at the Promoter’s sole discretion and no correspondence will be entered into.
3.9 Neither the Promoters nor Prize Supplier are responsible for any data or other information related to this competition that may be lost, damaged as a result of any computer software or hardware malfunction. Any issues occurring as a result of computer / server/ software problems will be rectified as quickly as possible.
3.10 Entrants must provide accurate and complete information when submitting entries, or the entry will be deemed invalid.
4. PRIZES

4.2 Prizes cannot be exchanged, transferred or traded for an alternative Prize.

4.3 Each of the Promoter and Prize Suppliers accept no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from acceptance or redemption of the Prize, or this Competition. Independent financial advice should be sought by the Winner prior to accepting the Prize. Prize values are correct as of date of printing. The Promoter and Prize Supplier accept no responsibility for change in prize value between now the ultimate prize redemption date.
4.4 Prizes are not transferable or refundable.
4.5 In the event that an element of the Prize outlined in Clause 4.1 above is, for any reason, cancelled, postponed or not available, that element(s) of the Prize will be considered as forfeited and no cash alternative offer will be granted in lieu of the part of the Prize. If, for any reason whatsoever, a Winner does not take an element of their Prize within the time period stipulated by the Promoter then that element of the Prize will be forfeited by the Winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the Prize.
4.6 In participating in the Competition, the Prize Winners agree to participate and co-operate as required in all editorial activities relating to the Competition, including but not limited to being interviewed and photographed. The Prize Winners grant the promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide and the Prize Winners will not be entitled to any fee for such use.

4.7 The Prize Winners agree that they will not sell or otherwise make available their story and/or photographs to any media or other organisation.
4.8 It is a condition of accepting the Prize that the Prize Winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the Prize provider and the Promoter’s requirements.
4.9 The Prize Winners must provide valid identification to the Promoter upon the Promoter’s request. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the Prize at the Promoter’s sole discretion.
4.10 The Prize tickets are valid for Two (2) adults, aged 18 and above and Two (2) children, aged 2 and above.
4.11 The Prize tickets will be sent to the Winners via email. They will then be redeemable via the Ticketek website.
4.12 The Prize tickets are valid from the date they are sent to the winner and must be redeemed by 15/03/2026. Any ticket not redeemed by this date will be deemed invalid and no alternative will be given.
4.13 If the Prize is subject to any block-out dates, these will be clearly listed on the Ticketek website and the Winner will be unable to redeem them.
4.14 Bluey’s World is located at 281 MacArthur Ave, Hamilton, Queensland 4007.
4.15 Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual Prize and service providers connected with the Prize.
4.16 During the entire duration of the Prize, a nominated parent/guardian must accompany any person under 18 years of age.
4.17 Subject to the terms and conditions of the participating Prize provider(s), if for any reason a Winner does not, once the Prize has been booked, take the Prize (or an element of the Prize) at the time stipulated, then the Prize (or that element of the Prize) will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash.
4.18 The Winners and their companions are responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports, and any requisite visas, vaccinations and travel documentation.
4.19 Spending money, meals, taxes (excluding airline and airport taxes), insurance, passports, visas, vaccinations, transport to and from departure point, transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs, unless otherwise specified in the Prize description, are not included. Unless expressly stated in these terms and conditions all other expenses related to the Prizes become the responsibility of the Winners.
4.20 The Promoter and Prize Supplier are not responsible for the cancellation, delay or rescheduling of any part of a travel Prize and any costs incurred by the Winner or any travelling companion(s) as a result (including accommodation costs) will be the responsibility of the Winner.
4.21 Tickets must be redeemed in advance via the Ticketek website. Tickets cannot be redeemed in person.
4.22 The Promoter, the Prize Supplier and their associated agencies and companies or any organisation or individual associated with the provision of the Prize(s) make no representation as to the destination, including any safety conditions, travel restrictions, warnings, bans or other issues that may exist at any destination.
4.23 The Prize will be limited to Two (2) Prizes per state.

5. HOW TO WIN
5.1 There will be Ten (10) Prize Winners in total throughout the Competition Period. This is a game of skill; chance plays no part in determining the Winners.
5.2 The Ten (10) Prize Winners will be judged on Saturday 2nd August 2025 at 12:30 PM AEST at Seven Network, 8 Central Avenue Eveleigh NSW 2015 Australia. Prize Winners will be judged from all valid entries received (online) prior to the corresponding Winner Judging.
5.3 The Prize Winners will be the best valid entry as judged by a panel of representatives appointed by the Promoter having regard to authenticity, creativity, and originality.
5.4 The Prize Winners will be contacted by the Promoter telephone or email within two (2) business days of the corresponding Prize Judging. Once the Winner has accepted their Prize, the Promoter will pass the Winners’ details to the Prize Supplier to liaise with the Winners to gather all details required to book their Prize travel.
5.5 All Prize Winner’s names (last name, first name initial and postcode) will be published on the Competition website and the Sunrise website within two (2) business days of the final Prize Judging.
5.6 The Winner will receive phone call or video call to the mobile number provided in their entry, which may be filmed and broadcast live on the relevant Program scheduled to be broadcast on the Seven Network between 05:30 AM AEST to 12:00 AM AEST during the Competition Period.
5.7 In the event of an unclaimed Prize, an unclaimed Prize judging will take place Seven Network, 8 Central Avenue Eveleigh NSW 2015 Australia on Monday 3rd November 2025 at 10:00 AEDT.
5.8 The unclaimed Prize winners, if any, will be notified by email and phone call within two (2) business days of the unclaimed Prize judging. The unclaimed Prize Winner’s details will be published on the Competition website and the Sunrise website within five (5) business days of the unclaimed Prize judging. The judges’ decision is final, and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.
5.9 Incomprehensible and illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
5.10 It is a condition of accepting the Prize that the Prize Winners may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter or the Prize Supplier in their absolute discretion.
6. NO LIABILITY
6.1 In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, pandemic, epidemic, government restraint, or act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel, modify or suspend the competition. If, due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter is unable to provide the stated Prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award a substitute Prize.
6.2 The Seven Network (Operations) Limited, Prize Supplier and their associated agencies and companies will not take any responsibility for Prizes damaged or lost in transit, or late,
lost, or misdirected mail.
6.3 The Promoterand Prize Supplier are not responsible for any costs associated with Prize collection.
6.4 The Seven Network (Operations) Limited, Prize Supplier and their associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss (including but not limited to consequential loss) or claim that may occur:
a) during the judging;
b) whilst undertaking any travel won on or connected with their entry into the competition; or
c) in the participation in any Prize;
d) because of late, lost or misdirected mail;
e) due to the broadcast of any program relating to the competition or the publication of any material, including any statements made by any compere, staff member, journalist, other entrants or any other person;
f) in relation to failure of an entry to be received by the Promoter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion; and
g) arising from or related to any problem or technical malfunction of any computer equipment, software, internet connection, any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer software related to or resulting from participation in this promotion.
6.5 If for any reason the Competition is not capable of running as planned, due to causes including but not limited to tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter and/or Prize Supplier which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition, subject to state government legislation.
6.6 The Promoter reserves the right to reasonably amend or vary these terms and conditions at its sole discretion, orally or in writing, for the purpose of Seven’s programming, scheduling or production requirements.
6.7 The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. The Promoter’s and the Prize Supplier’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
6.8 Seven Network (Operations) Limited and the Prize Supplier assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available.
6.9 If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter or the Prize Supplier which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this
competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
6.10 By entering the competition, and by collecting a Prize, Winners acknowledge and accept that driving, travel and any other activities comprising the Prize, are inherently dangerous and may result in death, injury, incapacity, damage to property or other losses. Neither the Promoter nor the Prize Supplier are responsible for any acts of god, such as adverse weather conditions or industrial action or civil commotion that may occur whilst a Winner is travelling. It is the responsibility of each Winner to enquire about local issues and conditions at destinations prior to travel.
7. PROMOTER’S DETAILS
7.1 The Promoter is Seven Network (Operations) Limited (ABN 65 052 845 262) of Media City, 8 Central Avenue, Eveleigh NSW 2015.
7.2 The Prize Supplier is BBC Studios Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 20 129 255 616) of 2 Blue Street, Level 3, North Sydney, 2060. For clarity, the Prize Supplier is not responsible for organizing or administering the competition.
7.3 By ticking the opt in checkbox on the entry form, you hereby consent to the Prize Supplier processing your personal information (e.g. first name, last name, address, phone number, email address) in accordance with their privacy policy, which can be accessed at
https://www.bbcstudios.com/privacy.
7.4 In accordance with clause 7.6, the Promoter will share your personal information (e.g. first name, last name, address, phone number, email address) with the Prize Supplier, who will use the personal information for purposes connected with the competition, including where applicable,contacting the Entrant to organise delivery of the Prize and facilitating delivery of the Prize by a supplier.
7.5 The Privacy Policy of the Prize Supplier may be updated from time to time, and it will be your responsibility to keep up to date with any changes to the Privacy Policy. You may at any time, opt out of receiving contact from the Prize Supplier by emailing
dataprotection@bbc.com.
7.6 Entry details remain the property of the Promoter. Seven Network (Operations) Limited (ABN 65 052 845 262) and its related entities (“Seven”), is collecting your personal information for the purpose of conducting and promoting this Competition, including for the purpose of identifying and notifying the Prize Winners, Prize fulfilment and understanding our audiences. Seven will otherwise handle your personal information in accordance with Seven’s Privacy Policy which is available on our website at
