TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry. Entry into the Competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. The Promoter of this Competition is the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA) of Level 1, 1175 Toorak Rd, Camberwell, Victoria, 3124, ABN: 89 004 265 150.
3. Entry to the Competition is open to Australian residents of all ages. Only Australian residents may be deemed winners. An entrant must be an individual and not a company or organisation. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families or any person associated with the Competition, or any organisation or individual associated with the provision of the prize(s) are not eligible to enter.
4. To enter the Competition, you must conduct a search for a physio on the website, by entering your suburb or postcode, selecting a distance, and refining your search as required. After clicking the “search” button a form will appear at the top of the page that will enable you to enter the Competition. You will need to enter your name, email address and phone number in order to successfully submit your entry.
5. The Promoter may at its discretion refuse to award any prize to any entrant who fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions. All relevant instructions on the Promoter's website form part of these Terms and Conditions.
6. Entry into the Competition is free.
7. Entries are limited to one per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
8. The Competition opens at 8am on Friday 1 August and closes at 5 pm on Sunday 31 August 2025
AEST ("Competition Period"). Any entry received after the expiry of the Competition Period
will be deemed invalid. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost, delayed or misdirected entries.
9. Winner selection and notification:
a) The four winners will be drawn randomly from all eligible entries received during the Competition Period.
b) The winners will be notified via email and/or phone within seven (7) days after the Draw.
c) The winners must respond to the notification within one (1) month to claim the prize.
Failure to respond within the specified timeframe will result in disqualification, and an
alternate winner will be selected.
10. Prize:
a) Four winners will each receive a voucher valued at $250.
b) The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any
other alternative.
c) The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value.
d) In the event that the prizes become unavailable due to circumstances beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter reserves the right to provide a similar product to the same or greater value as the original prize, subject to any applicable laws or written
