HOW TO ENTER EACH WEEK

1. EARN an entry between 12.15am each Monday until 4.30pm each Draw Day during the promotion by playing a game on a compatible electronic gaming machine, electronic table game or table game using your Membership Card (excluding Texas Hold’em and Omaha Poker).

2. PRINT your Entry Ticket/s from any Member Kiosk.

3. PLACE your Entry Ticket/s into the Draw Barrel by NO LATER THAN 1 MINUTE prior to each Draw.

4. BE PRESENT at the Draws for your chance to Spin and Win.

At the conclusion of each Sunday Draw Day, all entries for that Draw Week will be discarded, allowing only new entries to be earned from the following Monday at 12.15am.

SPIN RULES

¡ The Prize Wheel must make a minimum of two full rotations to be deemed a valid spin.

¡ Should the Prize Wheel not complete two full rotations, the wheel will be spun again until a valid spin is deemed.

· In the event a valid spin is not achieved after two attempts, the MC will then spin the wheel on the Member’s behalf.

¡ If the indicator comes to rest between 2 segments (that is, the indicator stops on a peg), the Prize in the segment that last passed the indicator before it stopped is the Prize awarded to the Selected Winner.

¡ You may only spin once each Draw Day.

¡ You must be present to win!

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

The Promoter is The Star Entertainment Brisbane Operations Pty Ltd ABN 98 608 159 173 of 33 William Street, Brisbane QLD 4000. (the “Promoter”).
$1 Million Spin to Win: August – October 2025 (the “Promotion”). The Star Brisbane
        Item 4: Promotion Period
    The Promotion Period will run from 12.15am on Monday 11 August 2025 until the conclusion of the 5.00pm Draw on Monday 6 October 2025. All times are listed in Australian Eastern Standard Time.
   Item 5: Entry Requirement
   Participation in the Promotion is open to all persons who satisfy clause 2 of the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion, who are Members of The Star Club or Prestige Domestic program operated by the Promoter and that have a current Membership Card (each an “Eligible Entrant”).

   Draw Week Definition
A Draw Week is defined as commencing from 12.15am on each Monday until 5.00pm on each Sunday during the Promotion Period (with exception*).
Earning Period
Each Draw Week, entries can be earned from 12.15am each Monday until 4.30pm each Sunday during the Promotion Period (with exception*).
No entries can be earned each Sunday between 4.31pm and 11.59pm (with exception*).
*with the exception of the final draw week in which:
a) Entries can be earned until 4.30pm on Monday 6 October; and
b) No entries can be earned on Monday 6 October between 4.31pm and 5.00pm.
Each Draw Week
a) During the Promotion Period, an Eligible Entrant will earn one entry into the Promotion if they:
• play a game on a compatible electronic gaming machine, electronic table game or table game at the Participating Property using their Membership Card (excluding Texas Hold’em and Omaha Poker)
Eligible Entrants will not earn an Entry during the Promotion Period for transactions using Casino Dollars, Comp Dollars, vouchers or Single Play Vouchers.
b) An Eligible Entrant can only earn one entry each day of the Draw Week, provided they satisfy Item 6.
c) To enter the Draws, Eligible Entrants must print their Entry Ticket/s from any Member Kiosk and place their Entry Ticket/s in the Promotion draw barrel at the Draw Location (“Draw Barrel”) during the Promotion Period.
d) Each Entry will only be available to be printed at a Member Kiosk up until the conclusion of the 5.00pm Draw on each Draw Day. Entry Ticket/s can be placed in the Draw Barrel up to one (1) minute prior to each Draw.
e) Entries will not be valid for subsequent Draw Weeks. At the conclusion of each Draw Week, all entries will be discarded, allowing only new entries to be earned from the following Monday at 12.15am.
      Item 8: Prize Draw Details
One (1) Eligible Entrant will be selected from the draw barrel at each Minor Prize Draw for a chance to participate in the ‘Minor Spin to Win Wheel’ at the following times:  3.00pm; 3.30pm; 4.00pm; and 4.30pm
And one (1) Eligible Entrant will be selected from the draw barrel at the Major Prize
Draw for a chance to participate in the ‘Final Spin to Win Wheel’ at 5.00pm. (Each a “Draw”).
On the following days:
a) Sunday 17 August 2025
b) Sunday 24 August 2025
c) Sunday 31 August 2025
d) Sunday 7 September 2025 e) Sunday 14 September 2025 f) Sunday 21 September 2025 g) Sunday 28 September 2025 h) Monday 6 October 2025
(Each a “Draw Day”)
At each Draw, the name and Membership Card number of the selected valid Eligible Entrants will be drawn by a representative of the Promoter and will be announced at the Draw Location only.
The Promoter reserves the right to announce the name and Membership number of Eligible Entrant at other locations at the Participating Property (other than the Draw Location). The Promoter cannot guarantee that all announcements can be heard at the Draw Location or in all parts of the Participating Property.
The selected Eligible Entrant that satisfies these conditions of entry in Item 5 and Item 10 and otherwise satisfy the Terms and Conditions will be deemed a “Selected Winner”.
  Item 9: Draw and Redraw Location
    $1 Million Spin to Win Stage (near George St entrance) - Main Gaming Floor – The Star Brisbane
   Item 10: Present at Prize Draws
   To be “Present at the Relevant Prize Draws”:
To be eligible to claim a Prize, the Selected Winner must present themselves to a representative of the Promotor at any Guest Service Desk or to the Draw Location within four (4) minutes of their name being announced and provide suitable identification.
If the Eligible Entrant has presented themselves to a representative of the Promoter, the representative will inform the promotions host at the Draw Location that the Eligible Entrant has presented themselves and the Eligible Entrant will have ten (10) minutes from this time to make their way to the Draw Location and confirm their identity. The Eligible Entrant is not permitted to send a proxy to claim a Prize.
Provided that the Eligible Entrant is at the Participating Property, the Promoter reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to either:
• extend the time limit set out in this clause for the Eligible Entrant to make their way to the Draw Location; or
• waive the requirement for the Eligible Entrant to present themselves at the Draw Location,
If the Promoter forms the reasonable view that the relevant Eligible Entrant will be physically unable to comply with such time limit or requirement due to incapacity or any other such impairment.
It is the responsibility of the Eligible Entrant to request such time extension or waiver from the representative of the Promoter immediately on presenting themselves to the representative of the Promoter. Time Extensions or waivers will not be granted retrospectively. If a waiver is granted by the Promoter, the Eligible Entrant must still comply with all instructions required to validate their identity, including but not limited to the conditions set out in Item 13.
If the drawn Eligible Entrant does not satisfy the above criteria, they will be deemed “Not Present at the Relevant Prize Draw”, and Item 12 will apply.
Item 11:
Prize
    On each Draw Day, the first four (4) Selected Winners will spin from the ‘Minor Spin to Win Wheel’, containing one hundred (100) segments consisting of:
a) Five (5) segments of $10,000
b) Five (5) segments of $5,000
c) Five (5) segments of $2,500
d) Twenty (20) segments of The Star Brisbane Hotel Stay, valued at $1,258 e) Twenty (20) segments of $1,000
f) Twenty (20) segments of $500
g) Twenty (20) segments of $500 Casino Dollars h) Five (5) segments of $250
(each a “Prize”)
On each Draw Day at the 5.00pm Draw, the Selected Winner will be declared the Final Winner and spin from the ‘Final Spin to Win Wheel’ containing one hundred (100) segments, consisting of:
a) One (1) segment of $1,000,000 b) Four (4) segments of $10,000 c) Five (5) segments of $5,000
d) Five (5) segments of $2,500
e) Twenty (20) segments of The Star Brisbane Hotel Stay, valued at $1,258 f) Twenty (20) segments of $1,000
g) Twenty (20) segments of $500
h) Twenty (20) segments of $500 Casino Dollars
i) Five (5) segments of $250 (each a “Prize”)

On each Draw Day in the Promotion Period; four (4) Prizes will be won, with a daily total maximum Prize Pool of $1,040,000 (based on four (4) spins of $10,000 and one (1) spin of $1,000,000 per Draw Day).
Over the Promotion Period; forty (40) Prizes will be won, with a total maximum prize pool of $8,320,000 (based on four (4) spins of $10,000 and one (1) spin of $1,000,000 per Draw Day).
The Star Brisbane may issue monetary prizes up to $1,000 in cash, with any remaining balance of the cash prize awarded to the winner via cheque or, if the Selected Eligible Entrant has a front money account, via EFT.
In the event the $1,000,000 prize is spun, a surveillance and integrity assessment will be conducted to ensure prize eligibility, which may take up to 14 Days to complete. In the event the $1,000,000 prize is verified as eligible, payment will be made by cheque or, if the Selected Eligible Entrant has a front money account, via EFT.
All Casino Dollar Prizes will be loaded directly to the Member’s account by a representative of Promoter.
Eligible Entrants can only win one (1) Prize each Draw Day.
Item 12: Prize Redraw/s
    “Not present at the relevant Draw”
If the drawn Eligible Entrant does not present to the draw location within the time limit listed in Item 10 or does not otherwise satisfy these Terms and Conditions, redraws will take place for Eligible Entrants with an existing Entry who have a Valid Open Rating at the time of the redraw until a Selected Winner is identified.
To have a Valid Open rating, Members must be playing on any compatible electronic gaming machine, compatible electronic table game (each an “Eligible Machine”) or compatible table game (each an “Eligible Table”), excluding Omaha or Texas Hold’em Poker, at The Star Brisbane, at the time of the Open Rating Redraw.
    Item 13:
Identification
   A Selected Winner must produce Valid ID to a representative of the Promoter to confirm their eligibility to win a Prize.
“Valid ID" means:
a) a passport, Australian driver’s licence or other form of photographic identification in which the photograph is clear and undamaged and that is acceptable to The Star Brisbane; or
b) two forms of non-photographic identification that are valid and acceptable to The Star Entertainment Group.
The Promoter reserves the right to waive or vary the identification requirements at its sole discretion in circumstances where the identity of a winner is determinable by a representative of the Promoter without the assistance of these or any other form of identification.
  Item 14: Other conditions
   No substitutions, transfers, replacement or gift receipts/exchanges
Prizes cannot be substituted and are not transferrable. Once a Prize has been accepted by the Prize winner, The Star Brisbane will not replace damaged, lost or stolen Prizes. The Star Brisbane will not provide gift receipts for Prizes won or in any way facilitate exchanges with suppliers for Prizes won. Replacement of faulty, broken or damaged Prizes will be at the discretion of the supplier and subject to their terms and conditions.
The Star Club
Any Member found to be in breach of The Star Club Membership terms and conditions of use, including participation or knowledge of fraudulent activity such as purposely participating with another Members Membership Card, is subject to consequences determined by The Promoter and The Star Club terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to review and utilise all property resources available, including security and CCTV footage, if a Member is suspected for fraudulent or undesirable use of a Membership Card that calls into question the validity of any Prize won.

Casino Dollar Prizes will be loaded to the Member’s account by a representative of Promoter. Casino Dollars may become temporarily unavailable at any time due to reasons outside of the control of the Promoter such as technical or system issues. Casino Dollars will expire if at least one (1) Tier Point is not accrued at least once every
