TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. The “Promoter” is Fairfield City Central, owned by Elanor Investment Nominees Pty Ltd and managed by Jones Lang LaSalle. Fairfield City Central address is: 54 Smart Street, Fairfield NSW 2165.
2. Promotional Period: The Fairfield City Central – ‘WIN a BBQ Feast for Dad’ promotion (the “Promotion”) will commence at 8am Tuesday 19 August and conclude at 3pm, Thursday 4 September 2025.

PRIZE AND DRAW
8. The prizes are; two BBQ meat trays from Ivan’s Butchery valued at RRP $100 each.
9. Total prize pool valued at approx. $200.
10. Two winners will be drawn at random at 3.30pm on Thursday 4 September 2025 by Centre Management or a third party appointed.
11. The winners will be notified via comments in Facebook/Instagram or direct message from @fairfieldcitycentral.
12. If despite every reasonable effort, the winners cannot be contacted, a re-draw will take place two weeks later.
13. The prize must be collected directly from the Centre Management office. Monday – Friday 9am – 4pm.
14. The prizes are set and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
15. Information on ‘How to enter’ forms part of these ‘Conditions of Entry’. All entrants will be subject to, adhere to, the terms and conditions set out by Fairfield City Central and any further terms and conditions or alterations to these Conditions of Entry.
16. Entry is open to Sydney residents only.
17. Employees and contractors, the Promoter and their immediate families, all retailers and tenants of Fairfield City Central and the agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate families meaning parents, siblings, spouse, children and grandparents.
18. If the prize winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s nominated parent or guardian.
19. The Winners will be announced in the comments on the Fairfield City Central Facebook and Instagram page.
20. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion subject to the approval of the gaming authorities, where required.
21. If all or any part of the term and condition contained in these Terms and Conditions shall be declared or become unenforceable, invalid or illegal for any reason, such term or provision (or part thereof) shall be deemed severed from these Conditions of Entry and the other terms and conditions hereof shall remain in full force.
