This document sets out the terms of participation for the Life Reset Gift Box Giveaway.
This giveaway is conducted, and the prize is administered by Zalbah Pty Ltd (ABN 98 610 804 174), PO Box 2310, Graceville East, Qld. 4075 (the "promoter").
This giveaway is a game of chance. It is free to enter, and ONE winner will be randomly selected.
Each entry must be made in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. By entering the giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter may in its discretion refuse to award any prize to any entrant who fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
Eligibility
The giveaway is open to residents of Australia and aged 18 years or over. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families and any organization or individual associated with the provision of the prize(s) are not eligible to enter.
A question must be answered by clicking on one of the selections provided in the entry form to be able to enter the giveaway.
Term
The giveaway will open at 5:00pm AEST on 17 August 2025 and will close at 11:59pm AEST on 17 September 2025 (the Term).
Winner will be drawn on 20 September 2025 and announced via email and social media.
How to Enter
This giveaway will be advertised during the Term online both on our website and social media platforms (Instagram and Facebook) and email databases. To enter the giveaway you must, during the Term:
(a) LANDING PAGE ENTRIES; Click on the post, advert, link or banner advertising the giveaway. This advert will direct you to the landing page. Once you have arrived at the Landing Page, you must provide your full name and email address and:
(b) Answer a question by clicking on one of the selections provided in the entry form.
Completing our survey will give you ONE bonus entry into the giveaway, however this is not required to enter.
Individuals that comply with item 1 or items 1 and 2 above are Entrants.
Entrants must be (and remain) subscribed to the mailing list or social media pages of the Promoter and will receive regular offers from this entity (via email, Facebook or any other means deemed fit) at the time of the draw. The Promoter will disqualify from the giveaway any Entrant who does not meet this requirement.
winner will be determined by a random draw that will take place on Saturday 20 September 2025 before 7:00pm AEST.
Only ONE entry will be drawn, and the winner will be the Entrant whose entry is drawn.
Winner will be notified via email and social media by 5:00pm AEST on 21 September 2025.
The Promoter will, at the promoter's cost, post the “Life Reset Gift Box” to the winner's postal address within 28 days of the draw.
The Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash unless otherwise stated.
The Promoter will take all reasonable steps to deliver the prize to the prize winner. If a prize cannot be delivered, the Promoter will conduct an unclaimed prize draw on 21 October 2025.

General Information
People entering for another individual warrant that they have sought and received their permission, and that they agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter collects personal information about entrants to enable them to participate in this giveaway. The Promoter may disclose the entrants' personal information to third parties including its service providers to assist in conducting this giveaway and awarding the prize. If the entrant does not provide their personal information as requested, they may not enter or claim a prize in the giveaway.
If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, unforeseen legal or commercial circumstances or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, delay or suspend the competition, or disqualify any entrant, as appropriate.
Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
All entries received become the property of the Promoter.

Any information you provide to the Promoter may be used to communicate with you in relation to this Contest or on a Contest Winners list.
