The Promoter reserves the right to extend the promotion end date at any time (subject to regulatory

Eligible entrants: To be eligible to enter the promotion the entrant must:
a) Be 18 years or older and reside in Australia
b) Spend $50 or more in-centre and upload your valid receipt via the registration process
c) Sign up or renew subscription of Highpoint VIP Rewards subject to the terms and conditions
which apply to the Membership Program available at https://www.highpoint.com.au/terms-
conditions as amended from time to time.
d) Able to pick up prize from Highpoint Shopping Centre, Customer Service Desk.
How to enter: To enter the Promotion, entrants must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:
a) fill out and submit the online entry form and the Highpoint subscription form with all
requested details, including answering the subscription questions and providing all other
requested information.
b) If you are already subscribed to the Highpoint database, instead of re-subscribing, you
must update your details on the online subscription form, including by answering the
subscription questions and providing your name, address and all other requested
information.
No late entries will be accepted. Incomplete or incoherent entries will be invalid.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including
an entrant’s identity) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance
with these terms and conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to
enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of these rights.
If a phone call, SMS or MMS is required, it will be charged at the prevailing rate of service.
