Humphrey’s 60th Birthday Party for All is being held at ADELAIDE ZOO on Saturday 25th October, please only enter if you are able to attend on this date.* Do you give permission for your child to be filmed for South Aussie with Cosi television program and for South Aussie with Cosi social media platforms?
* Has your child been to one of Cosi's inclusive events (birthday party/movie screening)
If your entry is successful, your "family pass" is for four (4) people only. This can be 2 adults 2 children or 1 adult 3 children.
Please do not request any additional tickets as numbers are STRICTLY limited and unfortunately, we cannot accommodate.Entries close Wednesday 1st October at 11.59pm.
