1. STANDARD TERMS
1.1 Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry. 2. WHO CAN ENTER?
2.1 Subject to clause 2.2, entry is open to residents of Australia, 21 years and older, where the Channel Seven signal is received.
2.2 Employees and their immediate family members of Seven Network (Operations) Limited (“Promoter”), TEG Live (“Prize Supplier”), All Seasons Houseboats (“Prize Supplier”), Trail of Lights (Mildura Rural City Council) (“Prize Supplier”), Murray Offroad Adventures (“Prize Supplier”) and their associated agencies and companies and any prize suppliers are not eligible to enter.
2.3 In this clause 2, a reference to “Immediate Family Member” includes a spouse, defacto spouse, parent, natural or adopted child or sibling.
2.4 Winner must be able to participate in the prize as stipulated in clause 4.1, to be deemed a valid Winner.
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1 The competition commences on Friday 10th October 2025 at 05:30am (AEDT) and concludes on
Thursday 16th October 2025 at 12.00pm (AEDT) (“the Competition Period”).
3.2 In order to enter, viewers must:
a) Head to the designated competition page on the Sunrise website (
www.sunrise.com.au) and register their full name, address (including postcode), date of birth, a valid email address and telephone number and;
b) Submit an answer to the competition question in 25 words or less, “Tell us in 25 words or less your favourite Lenny Kravitz album and why this Mildura escape was made for you?”
3.3 Entries must be received by Thursday 16th October 2025 at 12:00pm (AEDT).
3.4 Entrants may enter as many times as they like throughout the competition period.
3.5 Entrants must not be prohibited from any All Seasons Houseboats or TEG Live property or establishment including all of Australia for any reason. If a Winner or any of their chosen companions is found to be prohibited from an aforementioned venue, their Prize will be deemed invalid and a valid Winner will be drawn. 3.6 The entry must be:
(a) the original independent creation of the entrant;
(b) written in English; and
(c) free from any claims, including but not restricted to copyright or trademark claims, by other parties.
3.7 Entry details remain the property of the Promoter and will not be returned to the entrant. The prize winners agree to grant the Promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive license to use their entries in all media worldwide and the prize winners will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
3.8 Any entry that contains content that the Promoter, in its sole discretion, considers to be offensive or inappropriate in any way or that the Promoter considers, in its sole discretion, to infringe any intellectual property rights or other rights of any person, corporation or entity, will be considered ineligible. The decision to accept or reject an entry is at the Promoter’s sole discretion and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter is not responsible for any data or other information related to this competition that may be lost, damaged as a result of any computer software or hardware malfunction. Any issues occurring as a result of computer / server/ software problems will be rectified as quickly as possible.
Entrants must provide accurate and complete information when submitting entries, or the entry will be deemed invalid.

In participating in the prizes, the winner agrees to participate and co-operate as required in all editorial activities relating to the Competition, including but not limited to being interviewed and photographed. The winners grant the promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive license to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide and the winner will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize of equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
Winner should seek independent financial advice about any tax implications that may arise from the prize winning.
Winner should seek advice on obtaining any valid insurance that may be required in relation to the Prize.
4.8 It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner(s) (and any companions) may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.

4.10 The Prize must be used from Friday 28th November 2025 to Sunday 30th November 2025. If the Winner is unable to attend on these dates, for the full duration of the Prize, they will forfeit the Prize in its entirety.
4.11 The Winner and their guest must be aged 21 years and above.
4.12 The flight portion of the prize will be taken with either Rex Airlines or Qantas Airways Limited, on their economy service only. Any upgrades or changes will be at the Winners expense. Flights are subject to booking availability. The Flights are valid from the airport in the Winner’s nearest capital city, to Mildura (MQL) Airport. All flights are subject to the chosen airline’s terms and conditions. Flights are subject to availability and will be booked at the discretion of the promoter.
4.13 If the Winner lives within 100KM of Mildura Airport, they will forfeit the flight element of their prize. In this case, the Sponsor will provide the car hire portion of the prize from the Winner’s nearest collection location, rather than a participating airport. This is subject to hire availability and the discretion of the promoter.
4.14 Prize travel cannot be split. The Winner and their companion must complete the Prize together.

Price is valued for 2 people and any additional person incurs the cost of $100.00 per person and is payable in advance, with confirmation required from the Sponsor.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash.
A bond will be taken prior to the day of arrival which is fully refunded less damages or upgrade charges.
No single-sex parties or groups.
All attendees must be over the age of 21.
Static hire parking at Ornamental Lakes is ideal but not guaranteed as public moorings.
Other options for parking can include Mildura Dockside Marina or Gol Gol pub / public moorings.
The Mooring is subject to availability and is not determined by the Winner.
Only fully trained persons may drive the boat. If the Winner or their guests wish to drive the boat they will need to undergo the necessary driver training, provide a full bond of $1000.00 and pay for any and all fuel used during the duration of their experience.

4.18 It is a condition of acceptance that The Winner must be at least 21 years of age and hold a valid Australian Drivers’ License or the car hire portion of the prize will be forfeited. Any costs associated with additional drivers are the financial responsibility of the Winner.
4.19 Any driver/(s) participating in the car hire portion of the prize must meet the conditions listed in clause
4.20 The car hire portion of the prize includes insurance, mileage and child/infant/toddler car seat if required.

4.22 Subject to the terms and conditions of the participating Prize provider(s), if for any reason a Winner does not, once the Prize has been booked, take the Prize (or an element of the Prize) at the time stipulated, then the Prize (or that element of the Prize) will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash.
4.23 The Prize is subject to booking availability.
4.24 The Winner and their companions are responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports, and any requisite visas, vaccinations and travel documentation that they require.
4.25 The Winner and their companions are responsible for all unspecified costs relating to the Prizes, including insurance, additional taxes, in-room and minibar charges, meals and transport, including flights, not included as part of the Prize, as specified in 4.1. Any other charges throughout the stay, including any in-room and minibar charges, must be paid for by the guests on the day of check-out.
4.26 The Winner and their companions may be required to present their credit card at any stage of the Prize for any incidental damages.
4.27 The Promoter and Prize Supplier are not responsible for the cancellation, delay or rescheduling of any part of the Prize and any costs incurred by the Winner or any travelling companion(s) as a result (including accommodation costs) will be the responsibility of the Winner.
4.28 Once confirmed in writing, change of dates may require extra fees. The Promoter and the Prize Suppliers do not accept responsibility for any fees incurred as a result of any changes made and these fees/costs will be borne by the Winner and their relevant companion(s).
4.29 The Promoter, the Prize Suppliers and their associated agencies and companies or any organisation or individual associated with the provision of the Prize(s) make no representation as to the destination, including any safety conditions, travel restrictions, warnings, bans or other issues that may exist at any destination.
5. HOW TO WIN
5.1 There will be One (1) Prize Winner in total throughout the Competition Period. This is a game of skill; chance plays no part in determining the Winners.
5.2 One (1) Prize Winner will be judged from all valid entries received (online) at the conclusion of the competition. Judging will commence at 12.30pm (AEDT) on Thursday, 16th October 2025 at Seven Network Media City, 8 Central Avenue, Eveleigh NSW 2015.
5.3 The entrant who is deemed the worthiest and submitted the most genuine entry as judged by a panel of representatives appointed by the Promoter will be awarded as the Prize Winner.
5.4 The Winner will be notified by email or by phone within two (2) business days of the prize judging. All winners will be published on
www.sunrise.com.au within two (2) business days.

5.5 The winner may be announced during broadcast of Sunrise on Seven Network, on Friday, 17th October 2025.
5.6 If required, an unclaimed prize judging will be held on Wednesday, 22 October 2025 (AEDT) at Seven Network Media City, 8 Central Avenue, Eveleigh NSW 2015. The winner will be notified by email or by phone within two (2) working days of the unclaimed prize judging. The new winner will be published on
www.sunrise.com.au from Friday, 24 October 2025.
5.7 The judges’ decision is final, and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.
5.8 Incomprehensible and illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
5.9 It is a condition of accepting the prize that the prize winners must comply with all the conditions
of use of the Prize requirements. Prizes are subject to the Prize Suppliers Terms and Conditions.
5.10 It is a condition of accepting the prize that the prize winners may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter in their absolute discretion.
6. NO LIABILITY
6.1 In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, pandemic, epidemic, government restraint, or act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel, modify or suspend the competition. If, due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter is unable to provide the stated prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award a substitute prize.
6.2 The Seven Network (Operations) Limited, TEG Live, All Seasons Houseboats, Trail of Lights (Mildura Rural City Council), Murray Offroad Adventures, and their associated agencies and companies will not take any responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit, or late, lost, or misdirected mail.
6.3 Promoter, and prize suppliers are not responsible for any costs associated with Prize collection.
6.4 The Seven Network (Operations) Limited, TEG Live, All Seasons Houseboats, Trail of Lights (Mildura Rural City Council), Murray Offroad Adventures, & affiliates and their associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss (including but not limited to consequential loss) or claim that may occur:
(a) duringthejudging;
(b) whilstundertakinganytravelwononorconnectedwiththeirentryintothecompetition;or
(c) in the participation in any prize;
(d) becauseoflate,lostormisdirectedmail;
(e) due to the broadcast of any program relating to the competition or the publication of any material, including any statements made by any compere, staff member, journalist, other entrants or any other person;
(f) in relation to failure of an entry to be received by the Promoter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion; and
(g) arising from or related to any problem or technical malfunction of any computer equipment, software, internet connection, any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer software related to or resulting from participation in this promotion.
6.5 If for any reason the Competition is not capable of running as planned, due to causes including but not limited to tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition, subject to state government legislation.
6.6 The Promoter reserves the right to reasonably amend or vary these terms and conditions at its sole discretion, orally or in writing, for the purpose of Seven’s programming, scheduling or production requirements.
6.7 The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
6.8 Seven Network (Operations) Limited assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available.
6.9 If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
6.10 By entering the competition, and by collecting a Prize, Winners acknowledges and accepts that driving, travel and any other activities comprising the Prize, are inherently dangerous and may result in death, injury, incapacity, damage to property or other losses. Neither the Promoter nor the prize supplier are responsible for any acts of god, such as adverse weather conditions or industrial action or civil commotion that may occur whilst a Winner is travelling. It is the responsibility of each Winner to enquire about local issues and conditions at destinations prior to travel.
