TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. The promoter is HBCT (Aust) Pty Ltd (ABN: 60 613 417 959), referred to herein as “the Promoter”. The terms of Hokkaido Baked Cheese Tart & HBCT will be used interchangeably.
2. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 15 years and over.
3. Promotional Period
The competition starts on 2 October 2025 and closes at 11:59 PM (AEST) on 31 October 2025, or while stocks last, including Limited Edition Ghost of Yōtei™ x HBCT tarts and associated brand cards. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.
4. Participating Stores
This promotion is available exclusively at participating Hokkaido Baked Cheese Tart stores in Australia. A full list of Participating Stores can be found on the promoter’s website at hbctaus.com.au under the “Stores”. Purchases made from non-participating stores, including online delivery platforms, will not qualify for entry.
5. How to Enter
To enter, participants must:
a) Purchase a Limited-Edition Ghost of Yōtei™ x HBCT tart from a Participating Store during the Promotional Period, while stocks last;
b) Receive one brand card (one entry) per Limited Edition Ghost of Yōtei™ x HBCT tart purchased. Participants are limited to a maximum of six brand cards (six entries) each;
c) Scan the competition QR code provided on the brand card;
d) Complete the entry form with the required details (full name, age, email address, phone number, and unique code) and indicate agreement to these Terms & Conditions and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy;
e) Submit the form to enter the draw.

7. Draw Details
Winners will be randomly drawn from all valid entries after the conclusion of the Promotional Period. The draw will be conducted fairly and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
8. Winner Notification & Prize Collection
Winners will be announced on Instagram @hokkaidoau and contacted via the email address or phone number provided on their entry form, within five (5) business days after the draw. If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, another winner will be selected. Winners may be required to provide proof of identity and proof of purchase prior to claiming their prize.
9. Privacy
Personal information is collected for the purpose of conducting the competition and will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. By entering, participants consent to the use of their name and image for promotional and marketing purposes.
10. General Conditions
a) This competition cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, or voucher.
b) This competition is subject to availability of Limited-Edition Ghost of Yōtei™ x HBCT tarts and brand cards and is valid while stocks last.
c) The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.
d) The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage arising from this competition or use of the prize.
e) The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition if necessary.
f) The Promoter reserves all rights.
