These terms and conditions set out all of the information regarding the Brisbane Economic Development Agency – Visit Brisbane Competition (the Terms and Conditions).
2. The promoter of this competition is Brisbane City Council ABN 72 002 765 795 whose principal offices are at 266 George Street Brisbane 4000, acting through its wholly owned subsidiary, Brisbane Economic Development Agency Pty Ltd ACN 094 633 262 (the Promoter).
3. Information on how to enter this competition forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
4. Competition entry is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
5. Prizes: There is one (1) prize available to be won for the Summer of Sport competition, where the prize consists of one (1) unique package (the Prize) consisting of the following:
‘Inner Sanctum’ experience for two (2) organised by PGA of Australia and Golf Australia. Experience includes ‘Inside the Ropes’ on any one day with a leading group, tours of the broadcast facilities, participants lounge and locker room. To be redeemed on one (1) day of the 2025 BMW PGA Championship, between 27 - 30 November 2025.
(b) Two (2) nights’ accommodation in a luxurious Westin King Room at The Westin Brisbane, plus $50 credit to use poolside at Nautilus, swim-up pool bar, located at 111 Mary St, Brisbane City QLD 4000, to be redeemed on or prior to 1 October 2026. The total value of this prize inclusion is approximately $1234

The total value of the Prize, being the unique package as described above in (a) - (f), is approximately $5,172.
The Prize is not exchangeable or transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.Any additional expenses incurred by the Prize winner, other than those outlined in these Terms and Conditions, are the responsibility of the Prize winner.
The Prize is subject to the specific terms and conditions of the Prize providers (including, without limitation, age restriction policies and to the extent the Prize is a ticket to an event, the terms and conditions applicable to that ticket and event) and the Prize winner will not be entitled to any monetary compensation (including any refund of the ticket price or otherwise) in connection with the Prize. 6. Competition period: This competition will open at midday AEST on 1 October 2025 and close at 11.59pm AEST on 3 November 2025. No entries will be accepted after this time.

8. Eligibility: To be eligible to enter this competition, a person must:
(a) follow @visitbrisbane on Instagram;
(b) not be an employee or contracted staff of the Promoter or prize providers; and
(c) be 18 years of age or older.
9. Competition draw: The winners of the competition will be the first eligible entry randomly drawn by an officer of the Promoter at approximately midday AEST on 4 November 2025. The decision of that officer shall be conclusive and no correspondence will be entered into. Winner notification: The winners will be notified via phone or email by an officer of the Promoter by 5pm AEST on 4 November 2025.
