PROMOTOR
The promoter of this competition is Tourism Central Australia Incorporated (ABN 66 249 885 613), located at 41 Todd Mall, Alice Springs, NT 0870 (“Promoter”).
ELIGIBILITY
- Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. - Employees, board members, and contractors of the Promoter, as well as their immediate families, are not eligible to enter. - By entering, participants warrant that they meet the eligibility requirements. The Promoter reserves the right to require proof of eligibility.
COMPETITION PERIOD
The competition commences at 12:00am ACST on 1 September 2025 and closes at 11:59pm ACST on 1 December 2025 (“Competition Period”). Entries received outside these dates will not be accepted.
HOW TO ENTER
- To enter, participants must complete and submit the official entry form available at discovercentralaustralia.com/spring-competition during the Competition Period, providing all required details. - Only one entry per person is permitted. - By entering, participants agree to opt in to receive marketing communications from the Promoter and its partners, Thrifty Car Rental and Adventure Tours Australia. Participants may unsubscribe at any time. -
To redeem Prize One, the winner (or their nominated companion) must hold a valid driver’s licence suitable for operating the Thrifty 4x4 Adventure Camper.
PRIZES
There are three prizes to be won:
Prize One: - $3,000 voucher towards accommodation, tours, experiences, and car hire in the Red Centre – redeemable only through the Visitor Information Centres in Central Australia (Alice Springs, Tennant Creek and Yulara); and
- A 5-day Thrifty 4x4 Adventure Camper rental (valued up to $2,500).
Prize Two: - $1,500 voucher towards accommodation, tours, experiences, and car hire in the Red Centre – redeemable only through the Visitor Information Centres in Central Australia (Alice Springs, Tennant Creek and Yulara); and
- A seat on a 5-day Outback Camping Adventure Tour (Alice Springs return) with Adventure Tours Australia, valued up to $1,545.
Prize Three: - $500 voucher towards accommodation, tours, experiences, and car hire in the Red Centre – redeemable only through the Visitor Information Centres in Central Australia (Alice Springs, Tennant Creek and Yulara);.
Total Prize Pool Value: Approximately $9,015.
Conditions of Prizes:
- All vouchers and prizes must be booked and redeemed by 30 November 2026.
- Travel and experiences are subject to availability and must be arranged directly with Tourism Central Australia.
- Blackout periods may apply, including but not limited to school holidays, Easter, Christmas, and New Year periods.
- Prizes are valid for new bookings only and cannot be applied to existing reservations.
- Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
- Vouchers and tour inclusions are subject to partner conditions of use.
- Prizes cannot be used toward flights.
- Winners are responsible for their own travel to and from the Red Centre to redeem the prizes.
- Extensions beyond the stated validity date will not be permitted.
PRIZE DRAW
- The prize draw will take place at the Promoter’s office at 41 Todd Mall, Alice Springs, NT 0870 on 7 December 2025. - Three winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Competition Period.
WINNER NOTIFICATION
- Winners will be notified by email on 8 December 2025. - Winners must confirm acceptance of their prize within 7 days of notification.
UNCLAIMED PRIZES
- If a prize is not claimed within 7 days, the Promoter will conduct a redraw. - The redraw will take place at the same location and the new winner will be notified via email.
