This is an opportunity for image makers: stylists, photographers, and creators to have their creative work platformed within the industry and beyond.
This initiative exists to champion emerging talent; creative minds were invited to submit a six-to-eight-page editorial shoot to be judged by a panel of experts. Our panel of judges have shortlisted 20 standout creatives whose fashion and beauty editorials demonstrate innovation, vision, and a unique voice. Each entry represents hours of careful planning, styling, and storytelling, and now it's your turn to have a say. From these finalists, three winners will be selected: an overall Judges’ Choice, an Editor’s Commendation and a Readers’ Choice. Each of these winners will be featured in the March 2026 issue of 'RUSSH'.
The arts are perhaps some of our most undervalued industries. While they are an integral part of our developing culture and a significant economic driver – contributing $122.3 billion to the Australian economy – for many, to pursue the arts is a risk. To create is a radical act, a pursuit of the profound over the practical. “To do so with no security of recognition, financial gain or even self-realisation, it’s more than bravery it is radical optimism,” said 'RUSSH' Publisher and Editor-in-Chief. Arguably, supporting and platforming emerging creative minds has never been more important.

From the 20 finalists, the creative work that receives the most votes will be our 2025 Readers’ Choice winner and will be featured in the March 2026 issue of 'RUSSH' Magazine. We invite you to have your say. Your participation directly impacts the recognition of these emerging creatives. We encourage you to explore all 20 shortlisted entries, immerse yourself in these unique expressions of human creativity.
Our 'RUSSH' 2025 Creative Showcase is proudly supported by our partners Omoda and Camera House. Both partners share 'RUSSH’s' commitment to creativity, innovation and self-expression, representing a passion for pushing boundaries and seeing the world through a fresh lens. The 'RUSSH' Creative Showcase is a celebration of imagination, craft and the creative spirit that drives our community forward. Their partnerships have helped bring this to life in 2025. The overall Judges' Choice winner will receive a $5,000 grant courtesy of Omoda to help pursue their creative career.
The Readers' Choice winner will receive a Camera House prize pack in collaboration with Fujifilm, including the Fujifilm X-H2 camera, worth $3,499.
The creative work that receives the most votes here will be crowned our Readers' Choice winner; and will be featured in our March 2026 issue of RUSSH.
