1. Promoter
The “Win the Yaringa Tinny” competition (“the Competition”) is conducted by Yaringa Harbour, located at Yaringa Road, Somerville, Victoria 3912 (“the Promoter”).
2. Eligibility
• Entry is open to Victorian residents aged 18 years and over.
• Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Promoter and its related partners are not eligible to enter.
• Entrants must provide accurate and complete details when submitting their entry. Incomplete or false information will render the entry invalid.
3. Entry Period
• Entries open at [insert opening date] and close at [insert closing date].
• Entries submitted after the closing date will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter
• To enter, participants must complete the official entry form available on the Yaringa Harbour website during the promotional period.
• Only one (1) valid entry per person is permitted. Duplicate or automated entries will be disqualified.

5. Prize Details
• The prize is a brand-new Quintrex 370 Dart fitted with a Mercury 15hp motor on a Dunbier trailer (“the Prize”), ready for immediate use.
• The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
• The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with an item of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond their control require it.
6. Prize Draw and Announcement
• The winner will be randomly selected by a secure database draw from all valid entries.
• The draw and announcement will take place at Yaringa Harbour on February 16th, 2026.
• The winner does not need to be present at the draw to win.
• The winner will be notified via phone and/or email using the contact details provided in their entry within 48 hours of the draw.
7. Prize Collection
• The winner may collect the Yaringa Tinny immediately following the draw or by arrangement with the Promoter.
• The winner must provide valid identification to claim the prize.
• Failure to claim the prize within 30 days of notification may result in the prize being forfeited and redrawn at the Promoter’s discretion.
8. Publicity and Promotion
• By entering, participants agree that the Promoter may use their name, photo, and suburb for publicity purposes related to the Competition without further compensation.
• The winner may be invited to participate in promotional activities associated with the Competition.
