Every purchase as a Loyal-tea member puts you in the draw to win 1 of 20 PLATINUM charms and a year’s worth of Chatime.
There will be 20 winners. Each winner will win a Platinum-styled charm & one (1) year’s worth of Chatime drinks. The value of a prize is $523.23.
To enter, an entrant must, during the Promotional Period:
1. Make a purchase as a Loyal-Tea member of one of the following drinks in any size (Regular or Large):
· O.G. Premium Pearl Milk Tea
· Brown Sugar Milky
· Pop it like it’s Peach
· Lychee Squared
· Mango Passion Frozen
· Cookies and Cream Frozen
as part of the ‘Charm the World’ campaign to receive one entry to the Prize draw (each an Eligible Purchase); and
2. Validate their Eligible Purchase in one of three ways^:
a) Scan their Loyal-Tea barcode at the self-service kiosk on purchase;
b) Complete a purchase through the Chatime Loyal-Tea App or
c) Scan their Loyal-Tea membership barcode at the counter before paying.

Eligible entrants Entry to the Promotion is open to Australian residents aged 13 years of age and older in all eligible states/territories who fulfil the method of entry requirements.
Persons under the age of 18 require parental/guardian consent to be eligible to enter the lottery (game of chance).
Details of prizes: There will be 20 winners. Each winner will win a Platinum-styled charm & one (1) year’s worth of Chatime drinks. The value of a prize is $523.23.
Year’s worth of Chatime rules:
Each winner of the year’s worth of Chatime drinks must hold a valid Loyal-Tea membership to claim the free drinks for the year as follows:
· Each winner receives points in their Loyal-Tea App account valued up to $10 per week for the year (52 weeks).

Method of entry
Entry is only open to Australian residents (except TAS) who are aged 13 years and over with a Loyal-Tea member registration, and if under the age of 18, express permission of their parent/guardian is required^.
To enter, an entrant must, during the Promotional Period:

Drinks purchased via third party delivery services are not valid.
Each entry must be supported by separate Eligible Purchase transactions.
Entrants must retain copies of all purchase receipts for all entries or be able to show their Loyal-Tea purchase in the App order history. All entries by the entrant may otherwise be declared invalid.
^ Parent/Guardian consent is deemed to be given when the Loyal-Tea membership barcode is scanned.
Maximum number of entries Entrants receive one entry for the Eligible Purchase completed under the method of entry. Entrants can enter as many times as they like. The more qualifying drinks in separate Eligible Purchases that are entered, the greater chance to win. The entrant can only win one prize in this promotion (except SA). Entries that do not complete the Method of entry are invalid.
Each entry must be supported by separate Eligible Purchase transactions. All entries by the entrant may otherwise be declared invalid.
Prize draw A random prize draw, in the presence of an independent scrutineer, will occur 3:00 PM (Sydney Time) on Tuesday 16 Dec 2025
