To enter, simply fill the form in the printed edition of CQ Today & drop into the entry box at Boodles Meats, 188 Berserker St, North Rockhampton or at CQ Today office, 5-9 Hempenstall Street North Rockhampton. Terms and Conditions
1. Organizer
The competition is organized by CQ Today, located at 5-9 Hempenstall Street Kawana QLD
4701.
2. Competition Period
The competition opens on 5th November 2025 and closes on 10th December 2025. Entries
received after this time will not be considered.
3. Eligibility
● Entry is open to residents of Central Queensland.
● Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Organizer are not
eligible.
4. How to Enter
● To enter, participants must buy a copy of CQ Today, fill in the entry form and drop in
to Boodles Meats 188 Berserker Street North Rockhampton QLD 4701 or CQ Today
office 5-9 Hempenstall Street North Rockhampton QLD 4701 or mail to Win a
Christmas Ham 5-9 Hempenstall Street North Rockhampton QLD 4701.
● Enter as many times as you wish.
5. Prize
● The prize consists of 20 x $50 ham vouchers from Boodles Meats.
● The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
● The Organizer reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal
value if necessary.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
● The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries received during the
Competition Period.
● The winner will be notified via phone and will appear in the public notices of CQ
Weekend Saturday 13th November 2025
● If the winner does not respond within 14 days, the Organizer reserves the right to
select an alternative winner.
7. Publicity
● By entering, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity related to the
competition.
● The Organizer may use the winner’s name, photograph, or entry for promotional
purposes without additional consent or compensation.
8. Privacy
● Personal information collected for the competition will be used solely for the purpose
of administering the competition and contacting winners.
● Information will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required
by law.
9. Liability
● The Organizer is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury arising from entering
the competition or from using the prize.
● The competition is subject to applicable laws and regulations.
10. General
● The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the competition in the
event of unforeseen circumstances.
● Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
11. Dispute Resolution
● Any disputes will be governed by the laws of Queensland.
● The decision of the Organizer is final, and no correspondence will be entered into
