Method of entry:
To enter the competition a person must be over 18 and a legal homeowner that books and receives a no obligation free appraisal on their property with us during the period September 1, 2025, to November 30, 2025. Upon appraisal completion, we will enter the homeowner’s details into the draw via the Gleam competition platform.
Maximum number of entries per household:
Strictly 1 person per household can enter to win a prize in this promotion.

Will occur 3:00 PM on 05 December 2025 AEST
Location of draw:
Smile Real Estate Level 2/ 368-370 Eastern Valley Way, Chatswood NSW 2067. Winners are computer generated via the Gleam competitions app.
