By entering the Sunrise x Dreamworld (“Competition”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. STANDARD TERMS
1.1 Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry.
2. WHO CAN ENTER?

older, where the Channel Seven signal is received.
Employees and their immediate family members of Seven Network (Operations) Limited
(“Promoter”), Dreamworld, trading as Coast Entertainment Operations Limited (“Sponsor”)
and their associated agencies and companies and any prize suppliers are not eligible to enter.
In clause 2.2, a reference to “Immediate Family Member” includes a spouse, defacto
spouse, parent, natural or adopted child or sibling living in the same residence.
To be eligible to enter, entrants and their guests must be able to travel to the Gold Coast on
Thursday 11th December 2025 and return on Sunday 14th December 2025. If the Winner is unable
to do so, they will be deemed invalid and forfeit all rights to the Prize.
Due to the nature of this Prize, to be eligible to enter, entrants and their guests must meet the
rider requirements outlined in clause 4.15. Adjustments may be considered on an individual
basis.
3. HOW TO ENTER

on Tuesday 9th December 2025 at 12:00 pm (AEDT) (the “Competition Period”).
In order to enter, viewers must:
• Visit the Sunrise website and register their full name, address (including state and
postcode), email address and mobile phone number on the Competition page
[Sunrise.com.au]; and
• Submit an answer to the competition question, “Tell us in 25 words or less who you would
bring on the once-in-a lifetime Dreamworld adventure and why you would be the perfect
crew to spot King Claw!”
• Tick the check box, confirming they are available to complete the Prize travel to the Gold
Coast on Thursday 11th December 2025 and return on Sunday 14th December 2025.
• Tick the check box, confirming they are available to answer a call from Sunrise on
Wednesday 10th December 2025 between 5:30am and 9:00am AEDT.
Entries must be received by Tuesday 9th December 2025 at 12:00pm (AEDT).
Viewers may enter as many times as they like, throughout the competition period.
3.5 The entry must be:

(c) free from any claims, including but not restricted to copyright or trademark claims, by

Entry details including all submissions made remain the property of the Promoter and will not
be returned to the entrant. The Winner agrees to grant the Promoter a perpetual, irrevocable
and non-exclusive license to use their entries in all media worldwide and the Winner will not
be entitled to any fee for such use.
Any entry that contains content that the Promoter, in its sole discretion, considers to be
offensive or inappropriate in any way or that the Promoter considers, in its sole discretion, to
infringe any intellectual property rights or other rights of any person, corporation or entity,
will be considered ineligible. The decision to accept or reject an entry is at the Promoter’s
sole discretion and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter and Sponsor are not responsible for any data or other information related to
this Competition that may be lost, damaged as a result of any computer software or
hardware malfunction. Any issues occurring as a result of computer / server/ software
problems will be rectified as quickly as possible.
Entrants must provide accurate and complete information when submitting entries, or the
entry will be deemed invalid. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the
validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age, validity of driver’s license
and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in
accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors
and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to
enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

accepts no responsibility for the change in the Prize specification or value between now and
the ultimate redemption date. The Prize is based on the manufacturer's recommended
driveaway price only.
Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Prize is not included. These are the
responsibilities of the Winner.
The Prize is non-transferrable. No cash alternative is available for the Prize. The Prize must be
taken as offered. Any unused portion of the Prize, or portion of the Prize, the Winner is not
entitled to, and is not exchangeable or cannot be redeemed as cash. The Prize cannot be used
in conjunction with any other special offer.
The Prize value is in Australian dollars. The Promoter and Sponsor accept no responsibility for
any variation in the Prize values. The Winner is advised that tax implications may arise from
winning the Prize, and they should seek independent financial advice prior to acceptance of
the Prize and the Promotor and Sponsor accept no liability for any tax implications that may
arise from claiming the Prize.
In acceptance of the Prize, the Winner acknowledges that they may incur ongoing costs
associated with the Prize which are the entire responsibility of the Winner.
Neither the Promoter nor the Sponsor is responsible nor liable if the Prize is damaged, delayed
or lost in transit during delivery.
The Promoter’s decision is final, and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence
regarding the Competition result.
It is a condition of accepting the Prize that the Winner must comply with all the conditions of
use of the Prize and the Sponsor’s requirements.
Personal information about the Prize Winner will be shared with the Sponsor, and their agents,
to the extent necessary for the Prize to be fulfilled to the Winner.
The Prize will be awarded to the person named in their contestant entry. Should an entrant’s
contact details change during the Competition Period it is the entrant’s responsibility to notify

Winners and all guests must meet the rider requirements for King Claw, including the
following;
• Minimum height 130cm
• Maximum height 190cm
• Ride is not suitable for pregnant guests
• Ride is not suitable for people with back or neck injuries
• Ride is not suitable for guests with heart conditions or high blood pressure
• Ride is not suitable for guests with casts or broken bones
• Ride is not suitable for guests with a recent injury of any kind

airline and are subject to seasonal embargos. The Promoter has the right to determine the
airline carrier at its discretion. In the event that a Winner requests a specific carrier, not
offered by the Promoter, any subsequent or additional fees and taxes, if applicable will be
the responsibility of the Winner. Flight itinerary may have to be adjusted depending on
the airline’s departure city and their current flight schedule. Frequent flyer points will not
be awarded and do not form part of the Prize. The Promoter is not responsible for the
cancellation, delay or rescheduling of any part of a travel Prize and any costs incurred by
the Winner or any travelling companion as a result (including accommodation costs) will
be the responsibility of the Winner.
The Winners and their travel companions must depart from and return to the same
departure point and travel together.
During the entire duration of the Prize, a nominated parent/guardian must accompany
any person under 18 years of age.
Subject to the terms and conditions of the participating Prize provider(s), if for any reason
a Winner does not, once the Prize has been booked, take the Prize (or an element of the
Prize) at the time stipulated, then the Prize (or that element of the Prize) will be forfeited
and will not be redeemable for cash.
The Prize is subject to booking and flight availability.
The Winners and their companion are responsible for ensuring that they have valid

Spending money, meals, taxes (excluding airline and airport taxes), insurance, passports,
visas, vaccinations, transport to and from departure point, transfers, items of a personal
nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs, unless otherwise specified in the
Prize description, are not included. Unless expressly stated in these terms and conditions
all other expenses related to the Prizes become the responsibility of the Winners.
Once confirmed in writing, travel dates and names of those travelling cannot be changed
without incurring extra fees. The Promoter and the Sponsor do not accept responsibility
for any fees incurred as a result of any changes made and these fees/costs will be borne
by the Winner and their relevant companion(s).
The Promoter, the Sponsor and their associated agencies and companies or any
organisation or individual associated with the provision of the Prize(s) make no
representation as to the destination, including any safety conditions, travel restrictions,
warnings, bans or other issues that may exist at any destination.
The Accommodation provided will be a 4-person shared hotel room.
5. HOW TO WIN

Each entrant who has entered the Competition over the Competition Period and registered all
details in accordance with clause 3 (“Qualifying Entrant”) will be entered into the Competition.
The Winner will be the best valid entries as judged by a panel of representatives appointed by
the Promoter having regard to authenticity, and originality at Seven Network Media City, 8
Central Avenue, Eveleigh NSW 2015 from Tuesday 9th December 2025 at 12:15pm (AEDT). The
Competition is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the Winner.
The Winner’s name will be published on the Sunrise website within two (2) business days of
judging. The Winner will be contacted by telephone or email within two (2) business days of
the publication. The Promoter reserves the right to re-judge in the event of a Winner not
claiming the Prize by 10:00am AEDT on Wednesday 10th December 2025. If required, a re-
judging will take place at 10:30am AEDT on Wednesday 10th December 2025 at Seven
Network Media City, 8 Central Avenue, Eveleigh NSW 2015. The alternative Winner, if any, will
be notified in writing and by phone within two (2) business days of the re-judging and their
name published on the Sunrise website within two (2) business days of re-judging.
The Winner may be announced live on the Sunrise program scheduled to be broadcast on the
Seven Network between 05:30 AM AEDT to 09:00 AM AEDT on Wednesday 10th December
2025.
Incomprehensible and illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
It is a condition of accepting the Prize that the Winner must comply with all the conditions
of use of the Prize requirements. Prize is subject to Sponsor’s Terms and Conditions.
6. NO LIABILITY
6.1 6.2 6.3 6.4 6.5 6.6 In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or
significantly hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the competition on the dates and
in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to
vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war,
pandemic, epidemic, government restraint, or act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its
absolute discretion cancel, modify or suspend the competition. If, due to circumstances
beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter is unable to provide the stated prize, the
Promoter reserves the right to award a substitute prize.
The Seven Network (Operations) Limited, Chery Motor Australia Pty Ltd and their associated
agencies and companies will not take any responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit, or
late, lost, or misdirected mail.
The Seven Network (Operations) Limited, Chery Motor Australia Pty Ltd and their associated
agencies and companies, to the extent permitted by law, will not be liable for any
misadventure, accident, injury, loss (including but not limited to consequential loss) or claim
that may occur:
• during the judging;
• whilst undertaking any travel won on or connected with their entry into the Competition; or
• in the participation in any Prize;
• because of late, lost or misdirected mail;
• due to the broadcast of any program relating to the competition or the publication
of any material, including any statements made by any compere, staff member,
journalist, other entrants or any other person;
• in relation to failure of an entry to be received by the Promoter on account of technical
problems or traffic congestion; and
• arising from or related to any problem or technical malfunction of any computer
equipment, software, internet connection, any injury or damage to entrant's or any other
person's computer software related to or resulting from participation in this promotion.
If for any reason the Competition is not capable of running as planned, due to causes
including but not limited to tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or
any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the
administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Competition, the
Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with
the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or
suspend the Competition, subject to state government legislation.
The Promoter reserves the right to reasonably amend or vary these terms and conditions at
its sole discretion, orally or in writing, for the purpose of Seven’s programming, scheduling or
production requirements.
The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the
Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions or engaged in any
unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct
of the promotion. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation

other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration

accepts that driving, travel and any other activities comprising the Prize, are inherently
dangerous and may result in death, injury, incapacity, damage to property or other losses.
Neither the Promoter nor Sponsor are responsible for any acts of god, such as adverse weather
conditions or industrial action or civil commotion that may occur whilst a Winner is travelling.
It is the responsibility of each Winner to enquire about local issues and conditions at
destinations prior to travel.
