“BIRKENSTOCK -WIN A $500 STYLETREAD VOUCHER” COMPETITION
The competition is being conducted by: Styletread Pty Ltd (ABN 24 145 771 982). Styletread is a subsidiary of Munro Footwear Group Pty Ltd (ACN 614 250 501). The abovementioned company will be hereafter referred to as the ‘Promoter’.
By entering the Promotion, each entrant accepts these Terms and agrees that the Promotion will be conducted in accordance with, and the entrants’ rights will be governed by these terms:
1. The promotional period of 12:01 AM Friday 5th December – 11.59 PM Saturday 20th December AEDT. Entry is open to residents of Australia over the age of 18, who enter the Promotion in accordance with the conditions of entry below.
2. Employees of the Promoter or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
3. To enter the competition the entrant must:
Purchase any pair of Birkenstock shoes (excluding socks or accessories) between 12:01 AM Friday 5th December – 11.59 PM Saturday 20th December AEDT
Be subscribed to Styletread’s email newsletter at the time of purchase and at the time of draw, using the same email at checkout when purchasing Birkenstock
4. Closing date for entry will be 11.59 pm (AEDT) Saturday 20th December 2025. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
5. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
6. To be eligible to win, the winner must not have returned their Birkenstock within the competition period of 12:01 AM Friday 5th December – 11.59 PM Saturday 20th December AEDT.
7. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.
8. There will be one (1) winner drawn at random. The prize for the competition winner consists of their choice of shoes on Styletread.com.au to the value of $500. The prize is not transferable and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
9. Winner will be drawn at random at 28 Victoria Cres, Abbotsford VIC on Wednesday 24th December 2025 at 10am AEDT.
10. The winner will be notified by email on Wednesday 24th December at 12 pm AEST
11. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
12. Prize is subject to availability and shoes must be stocked on styletread.com.au at the time of selection
13. Any residual value at the end of the winner’s transaction will be forfeit and will not be provided in cash or cash alternative.
14. The prize must be taken within 30 days of the winner confirming their receipt of the prize for the competition or the prize will be forfeit.
15. The Promoter will notify the winner when and how the prize can be redeemed in conjunction with the outlined terms and conditions.
16. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
17. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their acceptance and agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
18. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
19. The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
20. The winner’s first name and first initial of surname may be published on our Instagram and Facebook account.
21. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to the Promoter and not to any other party.
22. The winner of the prize must take the prize as described and, on the conditions, stated in these Terms, and the prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
23. Munro Footwear Group (Styletread) reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these Terms.
