Eligibility: Entry is open to current permanent residents of Australia who are aged 18 years and over at the time the Promotion starts. Entry Mechanism: To enter, participants must complete the giveaway entry form at https://aquacoolerdirect.com.au/pages/giveaway or directly via the Meta lead form.

Entrants must also be following @aquacooler on Instagram and tag at least one (1) person on the giveaway post comments.
Prize Details: There will be two Prizes, valued at AUD $1300 each. Each Prize includes: one (1) 3-Night stay at The Chevron Towers (Mantra) in Surfers Paradise, valued at AUD $800, a AUD $500 WebJet voucher. Flights are not included. The $500 Webjet voucher can be used towards flights. The Winner is to cover any extra costs incurred in relation to the Prize.

Selecting a Winner: Two (2) Winners will be selected at random by the Promoter and notified via email within three (3) business days of each Prize draw. The Winner will also be announced on @aquacooler Instagram. If the Prize is unclaimed within 7 days of the draw, the Promoter will redraw another winner. No correspondence will be entered into in regards to the Winner.

Prize Conditions:

Prize is non-refundable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash. The Promoter is not responsible for any Prize component that cannot be fulfilled due to circumstances beyond its control. Any taxes or liabilities associated with the prize are the responsibility of the winner.

The Winner must make contact with Aqua Cooler Direct within fourteen (14) days of being selected and notified, showing the winning confirmation email as proof to claim their prize.

If any Prize is unclaimed within fourteen (14) days, the Winner’s entry will be deemed invalid, and the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another randomly selected entrant.

The Prize is subject to blackout dates and room availability.

The Winner must book directly through Aqua Cooler.

The Promoter is not responsible for any travel arrangements, or disruptions, delays, or cancellations, including but not limited to flights, transfers, weather, government restrictions, visa issues, environmental or natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond their control. No compensation or alternative arrangements will be provided in any such cases.

All other expenses incurred by the Winner and/or their guest(s) in connection with the Prize are the responsibility of the Winner. This includes but is not limited to flights, travel insurance, transport to and from the hotel, meals, incidentals, and any additional accommodation incurred outside of the Prize.

The Promoter will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence or wilful misconduct) in connection with this Competition or accepting or using any Prize, and for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law). For the sake of clarity, this clause shall not apply where the Promoter has contributed to or caused such loss, expense, damage, personal injury or death and shall not apply to any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in each case the Promoter’s liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
