4.
A Participating Retailer is any online or in-store “Fleet Street”, “Bottler” and / or “Super Cellars” stores
located in NSW, ACT, QLD or VIC that stocks the Eligible Product (defined below) and displays

be run in Participating Retailers.
5. The Promotion commences 10:00am AEST on 26 November 2025 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 27

considered Eligible Entries.
6. To be eligible to enter, individuals must, in a single transaction, purchase any Eligible Product from a
Participating Retailer (includes their respective online stores) during the Promotional Period
(“Qualifying Transaction”). In the event that a purchase receipt is not provided to an entrant for their
Qualifying Transaction, it is the entrant’s responsibility to request such materials. Each Qualifying
Transaction will be limited to one entry, regardless of how many Eligible Products were purchased in
the same Qualifying Transaction.
7. For the purposes of this Promotion, an Eligible Product will include:
(a) Any carton of 24x330mL “Carlsberg Green Lager” bottles;
(b) Any carton of 24x500mL “Carlsberg Green Lager” cans; or

(b) fully complete, in the manner required, the online entry form, including providing the Entrant’s
first name, last name, current and valid email address, mobile phone number, postal address
and date of birth;
(c) upload a copy of their purchase receipt; and
(d) successfully submit the fully completed entry form, in the manner required.
9. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an
entrant’s full name, email address, age and place of residence) and to, in its sole discretion, disqualify
any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and
Conditions, submitted an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the
entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair
and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's
discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver
of those rights. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an
offender are reserved.
10. Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
2
11. Costs associated with accessing the Promotion entry page, or otherwise entering the Promotion, remain
the responsibility of the entrant, and may vary depending on the internet service provider used.
12. Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following:
(a) only one (1) entry permitted per Qualifying Transaction (regardless of the number of Eligible
Products purchased in that Qualifying Transaction in excess of one (1));
(b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements;
(c) a maximum of two (2) entries per person, per day is permitted; and
(d) each winner may only win one (1) prize, regardless of the number of entries submitted.
13. Entrants can only enter in their own name. Entrants who provide incorrect, misleading or fraudulent
information are ineligible to participate in the promotion and all entries of an Entrant who is deemed by
the Promoter to have provided incorrect, misleading or fraudulent information may, at the discretion of
the Promoter, be deemed invalid. The Promoter reserves the right to request the Entrant produce any
reasonable information in order to confirm the Entrant’s identity and eligibility to enter and claim a prize.
If the documentation required by the Promoter is not received by the Promoter (or its nominated agent)
or an Entrant or entry has not been verified or validated to the Promoter’s satisfaction, then the entry of
that Entrant will be ineligible and deemed invalid.
14. Entrants must retain a copy of their purchase receipt(s) for all entries as proof of purchase. Failure to
produce the proof of purchase for each and all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion
of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize.
Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the Participating Retailer of purchase and that the purchase
was made during the Promotional Period but prior to entry.
15. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion,
to determine the identity of the entrant. A prize will only be awarded following any winner validation and
verification that the Promoter requires in its sole discretion. Prizes will only be awarded where the entry
fulfils all of the requirements of the Promoter's verification tests and procedures. The verification tests
and procedures shall be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
16. Entries will be deemed accepted at the time of receipt by the Promoter, and not at the time of

reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion or suspend, substitute or
