Employees, independent contractors, interns, officers, directors, and agents of Gotzinger Smallgoods (the "Sponsor"), their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
Agreement to Rules: By entering the Giveaway, the contestant ("You") agree to comply with and abide by these Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor. You represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. You agree to accept the Sponsor's decisions as final and binding regarding all Giveaway matters. Direct any questions regarding the Giveaway solely to the Sponsor.
Entry Period: The Giveaway begins on 19 January, 2026 at 08:00PM AEST and ends on 1 February, 2026 at 11:59PM AEST (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
How to Enter: The Giveaway must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided at
https://gleam.io/5k6g9/grill-chill-summer-giveaway and passing any verification requirements set by the Sponsor, or by following @gotzingersmallgoods on Instagram and tagging two friends on the Giveaway post. Entries must fulfil all Giveaway requirements. Incomplete or non-compliant entries may be disqualified. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple identities, emails, or devices. Fraudulent methods or attempts to circumvent the rules may result in disqualification at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Prizes: The winner ("Winner") will receive: 1 x $350 YETI Soft Cooler + $100 worth of Gotzinger Smallgoods products OR an equivalent $100 voucher to their closest stockist if cold chain delivery is not available.
Actual/appraised value of prizes may differ at time of award. Prize specifics are determined solely by the Sponsor. No cash or substitution is permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including taxes, are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation unless prohibited by law.
Odds of Winning: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Winner Selection and Notification: The Winner will be selected by random draw under Sponsor supervision and notified within 7 days via email and/or Instagram direct message. Sponsor is not responsible for Winner’s failure to receive notifications due to spam filters, incorrect contact information, or other technical issues. If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 7 days, or fails to return required documents, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected.
Rights Granted by Entrant: By entering, You grant the Sponsor a perpetual, worldwide license to use your entry and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation, where permitted by law. You warrant that your entry is original and does not infringe third-party rights. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor from claims relating to infringement.
Terms & Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway due to fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond its control. Sponsor may disqualify individuals tampering with the entry process or operating bots, macros, or scripts. Attempts to undermine the Giveaway may violate criminal and civil laws.
Limitation of Liability: By entering, You release Gotzinger Smallgoods from liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation, prize use, unauthorised human intervention, technical errors, unavailability of internet/telecom service, printing errors, or lost mail.
Disputes: The Giveaway is governed by Australian law. Disputes shall be resolved individually in Australian courts, without class actions. You waive rights to punitive or consequential damages and agree damages are limited to actual out-of-pocket costs.
