Based on the longest-running soap opera series ever produced by the ABC, Bellbird: A Country Town is the feature film adaption of the beloved series Bellbird, featuring its regular cast members including Gary Gray, Terry McDermott, and Lynette Curran. After a severe drought strikes the town of Bellbird, a young reporter, Philip Henderson, arrives and stirs old tensions, provoking the locals to rally together and hold a fund-raising gymkhana. Also starring Carl Bleazby and Gerry Maguire.
