Terms and Conditions:
The promoter of the Barilla promotion (Promotion) is Barilla Australia Pty Ltd (ACN 088 421 738) of Suite 2, Level 10, 1-7 Castlereagh Street, Sydney NSW 2000 (Promoter).
Information on how to enter and details of the prizes form part of these terms and conditions (Terms). You acknowledge that by entering into the Promotion you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
1.1 The Promotion is open to individuals who:
(1) are residents of Australia;
(2) are aged 18 years or older; and
(3) are valid passport holders;
at the time of entry into the Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of each person who enters the Promotion (Entrant) and the winners of the Promotion.
1.2 The Promotion is not open to directors, officers, representatives, employees or contractors of the Promoter, its retailers, suppliers, associated entities and agencies or to their immediate family members or persons living in the same house (whether or not related) or anyone else professionally associated with this Promotion.
1.3 Entry into the Promotion is free and no payment is necessary, other than the costs paid by an Entrant to purchase the qualifying products. These costs are the Entrant’s responsibility.
2. Promotion Period
2.1 The Promotion commences on Wednesday 25 February 2026 at 6:00am AEDT and continues until Thursday 26 March 2026 at 11:55pm AEDT (Promotion Period). Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be valid.
3. How to enter the Promotion
3.1 This is a game of chance and skill plays no part in determining the winners. Each valid entry will have an equal chance of winning.
3.2 To enter the Promotion, Entrants must:
(1) purchase any two (2) Qualifying Barilla Products (see paragraph 3.3 below) from any Participating Retailer (see paragraph 3.4 below) during the Promotion Period;
(2) scan the QR code on the Qualifying Barilla Product or access the Promotion entry page at
www.barilla.com/en-au;(3) follow the instructions on the dedicated Promotion entry page and upload proof of purchase (which must show: (i) a clear description of the Barilla Products purchased by the Entrant; and (ii) the purchase dates of the Qualifying Products, which must be in the Promotion Period); and
(4) click “submit” and accept these Terms,
during the Promotion Period (Entry).
3.3 A Qualifying Barilla Product means any Barilla branded product available for sale online or in-store in Australia and includes all products listed on the Barilla Products webpage here
https://www.barilla.com/en-au/products#3.4 A Participating Retailer means any store that offers Barilla Products for sale in Australia, online or in-store excluding any purchases of Barilla Products made via Amazon.com.au, the Amazon application, or any Amazon marketplace.
3.5 Entrants may submit more than one entry into the Promotion, provided that each Entry complies with the conditions of submitting an Entry and is accompanied by details of a separate purchase of 2 Qualifying Barilla Products made within the Promotion Period.
3.6 Entrants should retain the invoice for their purchase of 2 Qualifying Barilla Products, as this will be required as proof of purchase.
3.7 Any attempt to use automated, robotic, programmed or similar unfair methods to gain entries (including the use of a competition service) will result in disqualification (at the absolute discretion of the Promoter). Only Entries completed and received by the Promoter during the Promotion Period and in accordance with these Terms will be eligible for entry into the Promotion or to win a prize in the Promotion. The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, misdirected or not received for whatever reason.
4. Prize Details
4.1 There are 150 Minor Prizes (Minor Prize(s)) and 1 Major Prize (MajorPrize) to be won (together, the Prizes).
4.2 Each Minor Prize is valued at RRP AUD$200 including GST and includes:
(1) one (1) co-branded Barilla and F1® apron and kitchen mitt;
(2) one (1) co-branded Barilla and F1® pasta cooking timer;
(3) one (1) Barilla pasta tin; and
(4) one (1) 500-gram Barilla Al Bronzo pasta pack (pasta type to be determined by the Promoter).
4.3 The Major Prize is valued at RRP AUD$9,000 including GST and includes:
(1) one (1) Webjet gift card valued at AU$4,600 to be applied towards air travel, accommodation and transfers when attending the FORMULA 1 SINGAPORE AIRLINES SINGAPORE GRAND PRIX 2026 (Voucher);
(2) two (2) x adult three-day Pit Grandstand Passes for the FORMULA 1 SINGAPORE AIRLINES SINGAPORE GRAND PRIX 2026 to be held on the Marina Bay Street Circuit in Singapore taking place during the period from October 9, 2026 to October 11, 2026 (FORMULA 1 SINGAPORE AIRLINES SINGAPORE GRAND PRIX 2026) valued at AU$4,000; and
(3) two (2) x Minor Prizes.
4.4 The Major Prize does not include any ancillary travel or costs not covered by the Voucher such as visa requirements, flight upgrades, airport transfers, in-country travel, food packages or memorabilia. The winner of the Major Prize is responsible for all other costs and expenses associated with taking the Major Prize.
4.5 The Major Prize is conditional upon the winning Entrant (and the guest of the winner) holding a valid passport at the time of taking the Major Prize and, if requested by the Promoter, providing proof of a valid passport. Failure to provide such proof may result in forfeiture of any right to the Major Prize.
4.6 The Voucher is subject to additional terms and conditions prescribed by the respective issuer of the voucher, available at
https://www.webjet.com.au/standalone/gift-card-terms/. The Voucher is non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The Voucher must be redeemed within the expiry period from the date of activation. The winner of the Major Prize will need to identify and book flights and accommodation directly, and pay for these items using the Voucher. The Promoter is not responsible for providing additional cash or vouchers if the Voucher is not applied towards the intended purpose (flights and accommodation). The Promoter is not responsible for a lost or expired Voucher.
4.7 The ticket/s for the FORMULA 1 SINGAPORE AIRLINES SINGAPORE GRAND PRIX 2026 are not transferrable and cannot be resold. In the event they are sold or traded, the tickets will be revoked. Singapore GP Pte Ltd (Event Organiser) terms and conditions apply, for more details, please see

4.8 All Prizes are subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with an alternative of equal or greater value to the extent permitted by applicable laws.
4.9 The Prize must be taken as described and no compensation will be payable if the winner is unable to use the Prize. Any costs incurred in connection with taking or using the Prize (including any tax liabilities) will be the sole responsibility of the winner.
4.10 The value of the Prizes is accurate and based upon the recommended retail price(s) as at the commencement of the Promotion Period. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the Prize after that date.
4.11 The Prizes are not transferable and cannot be taken, refunded, exchanged or transferred for cash.
5. Winner Selection
5.1 The winners will be drawn at random from all valid and eligible Entries received by the Promoter during the Promotion Period (Winner(s)). The Winner of the Major Prize will be drawn first. That person will be awarded the Major Prize, plus the first two Minor Prizes. The next 148 names drawn will be Winners of the Minor Prize.
5.2 The draw to determine the Winners will take place on Thursday 2 April 2026 at Via Lodovico Settala 16, 20124 Milano, Italy at 10am CET. Up to twenty (20) additional names will be drawn at the same time as the original Winners’ names and their details recorded, in case they are subsequently required to replace an original Winner who is not eligible to receive the relevant Prize. The replacement winners will only be contacted if the Prize is not able to be allocated to the relevant original Winner.
5.3 If required, the draw to determine the Winners will be scrutinised by an independent person, unless an exemption is granted by a regulatory authority.
5.4 If the Winner of the Major Prize cannot be contacted or does not claim the Major Prize in accordance with clause 6.2 despite reasonable efforts by the Promoter to contact the Winner, or the Winner is not eligible for the Prize or has not complied with the Terms, then the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the Prize from the Winner and award the Prize to a replacement Winner, who will be the first Winner drawn to receive the Minor Prize. If that person does not claim the Prize, or cannot be awarded the Prize for any other reason, the next name drawn to receive a Minor Prize will become the winner of the Major Prize.
5.5 If a Winner of a Minor Prize cannot be contacted or does not claim the Prize in accordance with clause 6.2, despite reasonable efforts by the Promoter to contact the Winner, or the Winner is not eligible for the Prize or has not complied with the Terms, then the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the Prize from the Winner and award the Prize to a replacement Winner, selected in the same way as the original Winner.
5.6 If any Prizes remain unclaimed within three months after the date of the draw for prizes, an unclaimed prize draw will take place on Thursday 2 July 2026 at Via Lodovico Settala 16, 20124 Milano, Italy at 10am CET, with such draw to be conducted in the same way as the original prize draw.
5.7 The selection of Winner(s) and Prize allocation is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5.8 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of any and all Entries and compliance with these Terms. The Promoter may require that Entrants provide such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose and reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant if it reasonably suspects the Entrant has: (a) provided false or misleading information; (b) tampered with the Entry process; or (c) engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion.
5.9 There is a maximum of one (1) Prize per person (excluding the Winner of the Major Prize, who will win the Major Prize, plus two (2) Minor Prizes).
6. Winner notification and verification
6.1 The Winner(s) will be:
(1) notified by email using the email address provided in the Winner’s Entry within 3 business days of the date of the draw for prizes; and
(2) published on the Promoter’s website at
www.barilla.com/en-au within 7 days of the Winner(s) being notified, with such details being displayed for a minimum of 28 days.
6.2 The Winner must respond to the Promoter within 14 days of the date of the notification from the Promoter that they are a Winner, in order to claim the Prize. The Winner may be required to provide proof of eligibility, identity, and residence. If the Winner does not respond within 14 days, the Winner will forfeit their Prize and the Promoter may award the Prize to another Entrant.
6.3 Entrants are responsible for notifying the Promoter of any change to their contact details during the Promotion Period. The Promoter will not be able to contact Winners if the contact details are not current.
7. Privacy and consent
7.1 Entrants may access, change or update their personal information by emailing the Promoter at

info@promobarilla.au. A copy of the Promoter’s privacy policy is available at
https://www.barilla.com/en-au/legal/privacy-policy. The privacy policy contains information about how individuals may access or correct personal information or make a privacy-related complaint.
7.2 Personal information including the Entrant’s full name, email address, mobile phone number and shipping address will be collected and used for the purpose of conducting this Promotion. The Promoter may also disclose this information to third parties, including local regulatory authorities and the Promoter’s agents or third-party service providers, for the purpose of conducting the Promotion, or for promotional and marketing purposes (including for direct marketing) (Purpose).
7.3 By submitting an Entry into the Promotion, the Entrant agrees:
(1) to the Promoter’s privacy policy, available at
https://www.barilla.com/en-au/legal/privacy-policy;(2) that their personal information will be used by the Promoter and the Promoter’s third-party service providers (including overseas service providers located in Italy and the Netherlands) and any applicable regulators, for the Purpose;
(3) that the Promoter may disclose the Entrant’s personal information to other organisations or persons including overseas service providers located in Italy and the Netherlands that may use it for the Purpose; and
(4) to receive direct marketing materials about Barilla and the Promotion. The Entrant’s personal details will be stored in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy.
7.4 The Promoter will not otherwise share an Entrant’s personal details with any third parties except in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy, these Terms and as required by law (including to authorities that regulate this Promotion and organisations that will need to allocate the prizes to the Winners).
8. Promoter Responsibility
8.1 The Winners have rights under the Australian Consumer Law and other similar legislation, which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified by the Promoter. These Terms do not exclude or limit the application of any statutory provision (including a provision of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)), where to do so would contravene that statute.
8.2 However, to the extent that it is permitted to do so by law:
(1) the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents);
(2) the Event Organiser; and
(3) Formula One World Championship Limited and its related companies (F1),
(together, the Promoter Parties)
exclude all liability whether arising in tort (including without limitation, negligence), contract or otherwise for any loss or damage (including without limitation loss of opportunity or loss of profits) whether direct, indirect, special or consequential arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to any liability arising from or in connection with:
(4) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control and regardless of cause);
(5) any inaccessibility or unavailability of any network or wireless service, the Internet and/or any website;
(6) any theft, unauthorised access, third party interference, destruction or alteration of Entries;
(7) any Entry or Prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;
(

any damage to any person’s computer(s) or mobile device(s) which may be related to or result from any attempt to participate in the Promotion or to download materials in connection with the Promotion;
(9) any variation in market value of any Prize to that stated in these Terms;
(10) any tax liability incurred by the Winner or Entrant; and
(11) use of, or condition of, the Prize including any personal injury or illness caused by the Prize.
8.3 The Promoter holds the benefit of any release, exclusion of liability or indemnity in these Terms which is expressed to be for the Promoter Parties, as agent for and trustee for such parties.
8.4 If despite condition 8.1 or 8.2, the Promoter Parties incur a liability to an entrant under any law which implies a warranty into these Terms which cannot legally be excluded, the Promoter Parties’ liability in respect of the Promotion is limited, in the Promoter Parties’ discretion, to resupplying such goods or services which form part of the Promotion, or paying the costs of resupplying those goods or services.
8.5 In the event of a dispute concerning the conduct of the Promotion or claiming of a Prize, Entrants must contact the Promoter to attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith.
9. General Terms
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms, or cancel the Promotion at any time without liability to any entrant or other person (subject to compliance with applicable regulations and any directions of a licensing authority). Any such changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Barilla website.
9.2 If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned (including where the Promotion is impacted by infection by computer virus, line drop out, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, changes to the availability of the Prize or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter), the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion and subject to any written direction given by a relevant licensing authority, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and no compensation will be payable to any Entrants.
9.3 All taxes (excluding goods and service tax), which may be payable as a consequence of receiving the Prize, are the sole responsibility of the Winner(s).
9.4 The laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia shall govern these Terms. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the New South Wales Courts and the Courts of the Commonwealth.
9.5 F1 and the Event Organiser are not responsible for or involved in the organisation, development, execution or results of the Promotion. The Promotion is organised exclusively by the Promoter. F1 and the Event Organiser each assume no responsibility for the Promotion, including, but not limited to, the selection of winners, the awarding of prizes, or any inconvenience that may arise during the Promotion. Any queries, complaints or concerns regarding the Promotion should be directed directly to the Promoter and not F1 or the Event Organiser. F1 and the Event Organiser each waive liability (as between the Entrant and any of the Promoter Parties) arising from the Promotion and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, will not be liable for any damage, injury or inconvenience that may arise in connection with the Promotion.
