The Promoter of the Promotion is Concept Eight Franchising Pty Ltd ACN 115 296 387 of 13A/663 Victoria Street, Abbotsford Victoria 3067.

ITEM 4: PROMOTIONAL PERIOD
The Promotion will be open to Entrants 12:01am AEDT 10 March 2026 until 11:59pm AEST 30 June 2026.

Entrants may enter the Promotion at any time throughout the Promotional Period.

ITEM 5: ENTRANT RESTRICTIONS
Entry is open to individuals who are Australian residents and aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and the identity, age and residency of Entrants (including by requesting relevant identification). The Promoter may, in its discretion, disqualify any Entrant who provides false or misleading information. To enter the Promotion, Entrants must, during the Promotional Period, visit the Promotion Website, provide their full name and contact details, and submit a creative and original “fortune” to be included inside a Noodle Box branded fortune cookie. Each fortune must contain no more than fifteen (15) words. There is no maximum number of entries permitted per Entrant. However, each entry must be unique and must contain a different original fortune. This is a game of skill. Entries will be judged by the Promoter based on creativity, originality and relevance to the Promotion question. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Entrants should review the Promoter’s current Privacy Policy prior to entering the Promotion, as personal information will be collected, used and disclosed in accordance with that policy. By entering the Promotion, each Entrant warrants that their entry is wholly original and created solely by the Entrant, does not infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any third party, and is not defamatory, offensive, misleading or otherwise unlawful. By submitting an entry, Entrants grant the Promoter a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free and transferable licence to use, reproduce, publish, communicate, adapt and modify the entry for the purposes of the Promotion and the Promoter’s business, including for marketing and promotional purposes.

ITEM 6: METHOD OF ENTRY
To enter the Promotion, Entrants must, during the Promotional Period, visit the Promotion Website, provide their full name and contact details, and submit a creative and original “fortune” to be included inside a Noodle Box branded fortune cookie. There is no maximum number of entries permitted per Entrant. However, each entry must be unique and must contain a different original fortune of no more than fifteen (15) words.

ITEM 7: DRAW DETAILS
The Promotion is a game of skill. Entries will be judged by the Promoter based on creativity, originality, and relevance to the Promotion question. Judging will take place seven (7) days after the close of the Promotional Period, on Tuesday, 7 July 2026. The Winner will be notified via the contact details provided in their entry on the Promotion Website on the same day. If the Winner does not accept the prize, cannot be contacted, or does not respond to the Promoter within 14 days of notification, the prize will be awarded to the next best valid entry on 21 July 2026. If the prize remains unclaimed 14 days after that (on 4 August 2026), the prize will be forfeited and no further winner will be selected. Once the prize is accepted by the Winner, the Promoter will deliver the prize using the delivery information provided by the Winner. The Promoter is not responsible for replacing the prize if incorrect delivery information is supplied, and is not liable for lost, late, damaged, delayed, or misdirected delivery once the prize has been delivered.

ITEM 8: PRIZE DETAILS
The Winner of the Promotion will receive a Prize comprising: One (1) jar of Noodle Box Fortune Cookies; Their winning fortune added to the next supply of Noodle Box Fortune Cookies sold at all Noodle Box locations nationally; One (1) Visa Gift Card valued at AUD $1,000.00; and One (1) Noodle Box Black Card*. Only one (1) Prize is available to be won in this Promotion. * Conditions for the Noodle Box Black Card: The Winner must sign up as an Ate Rewards Member to receive the Noodle Box Black Card. The Noodle Box Black Card entitles the Winner to 50% off Noodle Box orders placed through the Ate Rewards App or Ate Rewards online ordering platform, whether in-store, for pick-up, or delivery, for a period of 12 months from the date of issue. The Noodle Box Black Card cannot be used via any third-party delivery platform. The Noodle Box Black Card may be used a maximum of once per day, with a maximum discount of $50.00 applied per order. If the Winner does not sign up as an Ate Rewards Member, they will forfeit the Noodle Box Black Card component of the Prize. All other components of the Prize will still be awarded. No cash or alternative prize will be provided in place of the Noodle Box Black Card.

ITEM 9: OTHER CONDITIONS
The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer. The Prize is not redeemable for cash or any other form of credit. Employees of the Promoter, employees of any franchised business operated under the Promoter, and owners of any such franchised business are not eligible to enter the Promotion.
