TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. PROMOTER DETAILS:

The Primary Promoter is Queensland Rugby League (QRL) (ABN 65 009 878 013) of 83 Castlemaine Street, Milton, QLD 4064 and Partner supplying the Prize is Publicis Red Lion Pty Limited ABN 12 098 273 539 of 25 King St Bowen Hills, Qld 4006 (“PPQ”).

2. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

The promotional period is open from 16/04/2026 and ends on 22/04/2026 ("Promotional Period").

3. ELIGIBILITY
3.1 Entry is only open to residents of Queensland, aged 18 years or over with a valid Queensland CRN (driver’s licence number) ("Eligible Entrants").

3.2 Employees, directors, and their immediate families of the Promoter, its associated agencies, contractors, and any entities involved in the administration of this competition are ineligible to enter.

4. ENTRY CONDITIONS
4.1 Entry is open the during the “Promotional Period” via the campaign voting link provided on Maroons social media platforms.
4.2 Entries must be made in the participant’s legal name. Incomplete or fraudulent entries will be deemed invalid.

5. PRIZE DETAILS
5.1 The Prize consists of one (1) Personalised Plates Queensland (PPQ) Gift voucher to the value of $495.00 ("Prize").
5.2 The total Prize value is $495.00 AUD.
5.3 The Prize includes delivery to Australian residents.
5.4 The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
5.5 The Personalised Plates Queensland Gift Voucher must be used for redemption of a set of Personalised Plates. The personalised plate combination content selected by the winner (i.e. numbers and letters combined) ("Content"), is subject to availability and approval by the PPQ. If no option for the final Content can be agreed on between the PPQ and winner, PPQ will make the final determination as to the Content, and no correspondence will be entered into.
5.6 Notwithstanding the above, the Personalised Plate content must not be deemed by PPQ to be inappropriate as per the clause below (obscene and inappropriate content).
5.7 Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Personalised Plates Queensland gift voucher are not included.
5.8 Any unused balance of the Personalised Plates Queensland gift voucher will not be awarded as cash.
5.9 Redemption of the Personalised Plates Queensland gift voucher is subject to the terms and conditions which can be found here (https://www.ppq.com.au/terms-conditions).

6. DRAW AND WINNER NOTIFICATION
6.1 The prize winner ("Winner") will be determined by a draw of all entries with the correct squad team players.
6.2 The draw will take place on 24/04/2026 at Queensland Rugby League, 83 Castlemaine Street, Milton, QLD, 4064.
6.3 The winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries using a computer-generated draw system.
6.4 The winner will be notified by email once drawn
6.5 If the winner cannot be contacted within 2 weeks of the draw, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.
6.6 The winner of any redraw will be notified by email within 24 hours of the redraw.
6.7 The winner will be provided contact details of the Personalised Plates Queensland representative who will arrange the PPQ Gift Voucher, and it is the responsibility of the winner to claim the PPQ Gift Voucher with three (3) months of being provided their details.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS
7.1 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant (including requiring proof of age, residency, and identity).
7.2 The Promoter is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, lost, late, or misdirected entries.
7.3 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the competition if any unforeseen circumstances arise beyond its control.
7.4 Participation in this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
7.5 The competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook.
8. PRIVACY & DATA USE
8.1 By entering this competition, entrants consent to the collection and use of their personal information for the purposes of this promotion.
8.2 Entrants agree to receive marketing communications from the Promoter but may opt out at any time.
