No Purchase Necessary:
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

Sponsor:
The sponsor of this Sweepstakes is Jetpilot (the “Sponsor”).

Eligibility:
The Sweepstakes is open to individuals who enter via Gleam. Employees, contractors, officers, directors, and agents of Jetpilot, Ingenia Holiday Parks, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies, suppliers, and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law. Residents of Andorra, UAE, Afghanistan, and all other excluded territories (see full list above) are not eligible.

Consent to Marketing:
By entering, you consent to provide your name, email address, and mobile number to both Jetpilot and Ingenia Holiday Parks. This information may be used for marketing, promotional, and communication purposes by both companies.

Agreement to Rules:
By entering, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of the Sponsor. You confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements.

Entry Period:
The Sweepstakes opens on 7 April 2026 at 12:00 AM AEST and closes on 20 April 2026 at 11:59 PM AEST. Entries outside this period will not be valid.

How to Enter:
Enter by submitting a completed entry via the online form on Gleam and completing any verification requirements. Entries must be complete and comply with all rules. Multiple entries using different identities, emails, or devices to bypass the rules will be disqualified.

Prizes:
One winner will receive the Adventure Giveaway valued at $2,000 AUD, including:

    $1,000 in Ingenia Holiday Parks credit
    $1,000 in Jetpilot gear

Prizes are non-transferable, no cash alternative except at the Sponsor’s discretion, and winner is responsible for all taxes or costs associated with prize acceptance.

Odds of Winning:
Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winner Selection & Notification:
Winner will be selected via random draw under Sponsor supervision and notified within 7 days. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 7 days, an alternate winner may be selected.

Rights Granted by Entrant:
By entering, you grant Jetpilot and Ingenia Holiday Parks the right to use your name, likeness, and entry content for promotional purposes worldwide, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. You warrant your entry is original and does not infringe any third-party rights.

Terms & Conditions:
The Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical issues, or other causes beyond its control occur. Attempts to tamper with the Sweepstakes may result in disqualification and legal action.

Limitation of Liability:
By entering, you release and hold harmless Jetpilot, Ingenia Holiday Parks, and associated parties from any liability, injury, loss, or damages arising from participation or prize acceptance.

Disputes:
This Sweepstakes is governed by Australian law. Any disputes must be resolved individually in an Australian court. You waive rights to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages.

Winners List:
Requests for the winners list must be made within four (4) weeks of the end of the Entry Period by contacting the Sponsor.
