MEND IN PUBLIC DAY GIVEAWAY

Mend In Public Day is an annual day of collective action which falls within @Fash_Rev Week. The idea is simple: get out into your local community and stitch in protest against disposable fashion. Amidst busy Saturday shoppers, you can repair your torn pockets and broken seams and spark conversations on making #LovedClothesLast .

In honour of the mending revolution, we’ve teamed up with our friends at @FabPatch.au for those who may be sewing adjacent (or possibly even sewing adverse) but still want to stand up against fashion waste.

Meet FabPatch – the award-winning rub-on repair patch! Their clothing repair patches are used by thousands of Australians to extend the life of their favourite clothes and gear, putting the stories of their life on display.
