TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Promoter: Universal Music Australia Pty Limited, ACN 000 158 592, having its registered office at 150 William Street, Woolloomooloo, NSW 2011.
Competition Period
The Competition commences at 12:30pm Sydney time on 1 May 2026. Entrants must submit the completed Entry by 11:59pm Sydney time on 14 May 2026.
Draw Date
Winner(s) will be determined on 15 May 2026.
Entry Restrictions
Entrants must be at least 18 years of age.

Entry Method
To enter, during the Competition Period, entrants must;
a. visit the Website;
b. pre-order Neil Diamond's album 'Wild At Heart' from 21 March 2026, in any physical format and from one of the following eligible retailers (JB HI-FI; Universal Music online store; or Sanity);
c. upload their proof of purchase;
d. complete the required contact fields as prompted; and
e. submit their entry as prompted.
Draw Method
The Winner(s) shall be electronically drawn at random on the Draw Date.
Prize Details
1 x winner (the "Winner") will each receive the following prize (the "Prize"):
• 1 x double pass to A Beautiful Noise: The Neil Diamond Musical, at the Princess Theatre in Melbourne on 8 August 2026 at 7:30pm;
• 2 x return economy flights from the Winner's nearest capital city to and from Melbourne; and
• 1 x night accommodation at a minimum four-star or above hotel with a twin-share room on 8 August 2026 in the Melbourne CBD. Exact accommodation details to be provided by the Promoter.
Where there is more than one venue stated for a concert in the Prize Details, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to elect venue on which the Winner will attend the concert.
Ticket type to be in the sole discretion of the Promoter.
Dates, venues and schedules are not under the Promoter's control and are subject to change and the Promoter takes no responsibility for any date, venue or schedule changes. If any part of any of the events is abandoned, called off, varied or postponed for any reason, then at the Promoter's discretion
Compliance with any health or other government requirements is the responsibility of the Winner and their travel companion. Prize travel is subject to the airlines General Conditions of Carriage.
Travel must be take place at the times and days stated by the Promoter. The Promoter will elect the flights times in its sole discretion.
Winner and their nominated companion must redeem their flights at the same time, depart from the same location, and travel on the same flights. If the Winner is unable to use both tickets at the same time they will forfeit the additional ticket and no compensation will be given in lieu. Any changes or costs incurred once the tickets have been issued will be the sole responsibility of the Winner. Winners and their companions will not accrue Frequent Flyer points on the prize travel.
Upgrades cannot be purchased using Winner's Frequent Flyer points. The Promoter recommends that the Winner purchases appropriate travel insurance.
The Promoter is not responsible for any cancellation, delay or rescheduling of flights and any costs incurred as a result (including, without limitation, accommodation costs) will be the sole responsibility of the Winner.
If the Winner lives in the same city as the relevant event, the Promoter will not provide transfers, flights or accommodation. In that instance, the Winner will only receive the tickets to the event.
The accommodation is a standard room, and does not include any additional services, refreshments, food or entertainment.
Entrants must be able to take the Prize on the dates and times and at the locations stated in the Prize details. If the Winner is unable to claim the Prize or attend the event on the relevant dates, they will forfeit the Prize.
The Promoter makes no representation as to the safety conditions or any other issues that may exist at any venue associated with the Prize. Prize is subject to the concert venue's general conditions of entry.
This Prize must be taken as offered, is not transferrable and no cash alternative will be offered.
Total Value of the prize pool: AU$1,500 (inclusive of GST)
Notification of Winner will be notified by email within 3 days of being determined.
