Competition Terms & Conditions:

1. The Promoter is Brisbane Kids.
2. The Prize - There is 1 prize consisting of a family pass (4 tickets) to see Cirque Nouvelle at Fortitude Music Hall. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
3. The Event - Fortitude Music Hall, Thursday 26 June 2026. Show commences 6:30pm.
4. Entry Period - Entries open Monday 1 June 2026 and close Sunday 7 June 2026. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
5. How to Enter - Entry is via the official competition entry form hosted on Jotform, linked from brisbanekids.com.au. One entry per person. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
6. Eligibility - Open to Queensland residents only. Entrants must be 18 years or older, or have a parent/guardian enter on their behalf.
7. Winner Selection - 1 winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the entry period. The draw will take place on Monday 8 June 2026 at 12:00pm AEST.
8. Notification - The winner will be notified by email following the draw on 8 June 2026. The winner must respond to claim their prize within 72 hours of notification. Failure to respond within this time may result in the prize being forfeited and an alternative winner selected.
9. Privacy - Personal information collected via the entry form will only be used for the purpose of administering this competition and will not be shared with third parties, except as required to distribute prizes.
10. Winners’ names may be published on brisbanekids.com.au and/or Brisbane Kids social media channels following the draw.
11. General - Brisbane Kids reserves the right to cancel or modify the competition at any time. The Promoter’s decision is final.
