TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Information on how to enter and the prize(s) form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is only open to Australian and New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over.
3. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother,
sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
4. Entries into the promotion open at 12:01am AEDT on 18/03/2026 (2:01am NZDT) and close at 11:59pm AEST on 10/07/2026 (1:59am NZST on 11/07/2026) (“Promotional Period”).
5. To be eligible to enter, individuals must spend $25 or more in a single transaction on any participating Hasbro Games product (each a “Participating Product”) from any Australian or New Zealand retailer that is authorised to stock Eligible Products (“Qualifying Transaction”). Purchases made from third party sites such as eBay, Marketplace purchases, or auction sites are not included in this promotion.
Participating Products include any of the following product:
a) Monopoly board game or Monopoly card game;
b) Monopoly Deal FIFA World Cup 26;
c) Connect 4 Shots FIFA World Cup 26; and
d) Monopoly Panini Prizm FIFA World Cup 26 Booster Packs.
If a receipt is not automatically provided to an entrant at the time of making a Qualifying
Transaction, it is the entrant’s responsibility to request one.
6. Australian residents can make a Qualifying Transaction online, where the retailer has an online store. New Zealand residents may also make a Qualifying Transaction online (including any online shopping orders from an online retailer), however New Zealand customers that make a Qualifying Transaction online, will only be eligible for the Major Draw component of this promotion (as detailed below) and will NOT be eligible for an Instant Prize (as detailed below). To be eligible for an Instant Prize as well as an entry into the Major Draw, New Zealand residents must make a Qualifying Transaction in a physical retailer.
7. To enter, after making their Qualifying Transaction, entrants must then undertake the following steps during the Promotional Period:
(a) Visit online entry form.
(b) follow the prompts to the promotion entry page;
(c) input the requested details, including their country of residence, their full name,
email address and telephone number, where the Qualifying Transaction was
made, and whether the Qualifying Transaction was made online or in-store;
(d) upload a copy of their purchase receipt outlining the details of the Qualifying
Purchase;
(e) Check the box consenting to these Terms and Conditions; and
(f) followthestepstosubmitthefullycompletedentryform.
8. Once the completed online entry form has been submitted, entrants will receive an online message acknowledging their entry and informing them that (a) they have been awarded one (1) entry into the Major Draw (defined below); and if applicable, (b) if they have won an Instant Prize (as defined below) and if so, details on how to verify their entry and claim their Instant Prize. Each entrant that has won an Instant Prize must claim their prize by 11.59pm AEST on 14/07/2026 for Australian residents and 1:59am NZST on 15/07/2026 for New Zealand residents. All winners of an Instant Prize and/or Major/Consolation Prize (defined below) are subject to verification in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
9. Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) entry permitted per Qualifying Transaction regardless of the amount spent on Eligible Products in excess of $25 in that transaction; and (b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.
10. An eligible purchase receipt must only be used for a maximum of one (1) entry and must clearly specify:
• the Participating Product/s purchased
• the price of the Participating Product/s purchased
• the retailer for the purchase
• the purchase date and time
• the receipt number; and
• that payment for the Participating Product purchased has been received in full.
11. If the purchase receipt is missing any of the above information, or is illegible or indecipherable, it may render the entry invalid.
12. Entrants must retain their purchase receipt(s) for all entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the Participating Product purchased, retailer of purchase and that the purchase was made during the Promotional Period but prior to entry.
INSTANT PRIZES
13. There will be a total of one thousand (1,000) “Winning Times” randomly selected by a computerised random system during the Promotional Period.
14. The first valid entry received at the Winning Time will win an Instant Prize allocated to that Winning Time.
15. A maximum of one (1) Instant Prize will be awarded in respect of each Winning Time. If the Instant Prize is not won at the Winning Time, it will be forfeited.
16. Instant Prizes available to be won randomly during the Promotional Period include one thousand (1,000) x $50 prize (each an “Instant Prize”). For Australia, prizes will be awarded as a AUD$50 Digital Prepaid Mastercard For New Zealand, prizes will be awarded as a Virtual Prezzy Card valued at NZD$50.00.
17. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming a Digital Prepaid Mastercard or Virtual Prezzy card are not included. Any unused balance of a Digital Prepaid Mastercard will

20. Winners of an Instant Prize will have their details (first initial, surname and postcode) published on 13/07/2026.
MAJOR DRAW:
21. There will be one (1) draw conducted for all entries received during the Promotional Period (“Major Draw”). The Major Draw will take place at SE251, 10-20 Gwynne St Cremorne, VIC, 3121 at 11:00am AEST on 11/07/2026, in the presence of an independent scrutineer. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn. Winner will be notified in writing within seven (7) days of the Major Draw and their details (first initial, surname and postcode) will be published online at monopolywin.com.au/fifa on 11/07/2026.
22. The first valid entry drawn will win that entrant (“Participant”) the opportunity to play a contingency game (“the Game”) for the chance to win $50,000 (“Major Prize”). The winner must claim their prize by 11:59pm AEST 13/07/2026.
23. The Game will take place at a Monopoly themed event in Sydney, NSW on 20/07/2026. In order to participate in the Game, if the drawn Participant resides outside of NSW, they will receive two (2) return economy airfares from their nearest capital city in Australia, or their nearest capital city in New Zealand (if Participant resides in New Zealand) to Sydney, NSW, two (2) nights twin share minimum 4star accommodation and return hotel to Game transfers, total is valued at up to AUD$7,250 depending on point of departure. If the drawn Participant resides within NSW, the Participant will be responsible for transport to and from the Game, unless otherwise advised by the Promoter, where they may in their absolute discretion, organise return transfers from their residential address to the Game. Spending money, meals, taxes (excluding airline and airport taxes), insurance, transport to and from departure point, transfers, items of a personal nature (including but not limited to in-room charges) and all other ancillary costs are not included. The Participant and their companion must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together. Itinerary to be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the prize. Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers. The Participant may be required to present their credit card at time of accommodation check in.
Additional Travel Conditions: Travel dates are set as per prize package details. All travel is subject to availability at all times and may be dependent on select seat class with airlines or specific room category availability with an accommodation partner. All bookings and documentation regarding the prize must be made via Free-2-Travel Holidays Pty Ltd or their agents. Redeeming the prize is conditional on acceptance of the terms and conditions of travel as detailed by Free-2-Travel Holidays Pty Ltd and the airline carriers in accordance with normal travel practices. Winner is responsible for any amendment fees issued by airlines or suppliers once booking is confirmed and ticketed. Winner is responsible for any additional taxes and/or resort fees associated with the chosen accommodation, unless otherwise stated. Where the winner is a New Zealand resident, the winner and companion must be in possession of a valid passport with a minimum of 6 months validity on it prior to departure. The Promoter recommends that the winner and travel companion have valid travel insurance for their period of travel. Visas and valid passports and any other ancillary costs, including but not limited to insurance and any applicable insurance excesses, not listed in the travel prize package descriptions above are the responsibility of the travel prize winner and his/her nominated traveling companion as incurred.
24. If the Participant cannot attend the Game or does not wish to participate themselves, the Participant may appoint a proxy over 12 years of age to play the Game on their behalf provided the proxy does not have a paid professional football (soccer) background and the Participant gives the Promoter written, signed notice to that effect before the start of the Game. Where the winner nominates a minor to participate in the Game on their behalf, the minor must have written consent from their parent or guardian to participate, they must be in the presence of an adult at all times and further the minor’s parent or guardian must agree to these Terms and Conditions which includes agreeing to the Promoter taking photos, videos and interviews of the minor participating in the Game for media and marketing use. If the Promoter has not been able to contact the Participant before the start of the Game, a representative of the Promoter will play the Game on the Participant’s behalf.
25. To win the Major Prize, the Participant or proxy (“Kicker”) must in accordance with the Promoter’s instructions, and while wearing a Monopoly themed shirt (to be provided by the Promoter), make a single kick using a standard sized football from a spot on the field determined by the Promoter into the goal. The Kicker will have three (3) chances only and there will be one (1) Monopoly character dressed up acting as the goalkeeper positioned in front of the goal. The Kicker must follow all directions of the Promoter when attempting a kick. If the ball does not end up fully inside the goal (noting that the whole ball must cross the goal line), the Participant will not win the Major Prize, however, will win a $10,000 consolation prize (“Consolation Prize”).
26. The Kicker must comply with the following code of conduct leading up to, during and after their attempt at kicking the soccer ball (“Code of Conduct”):
a) act in a safe, respectful and polite manner to the Promoter, its employees, agents, contractors, and to any member of the public;
b) abide by all rules in place; and
c) act in good faith.
27. If the Kicker successfully kicks the ball fully inside the goal and satisfies clause 26, the Participant will win the Major Prize winner.
28. The Major Prize or Consolation Prize will be awarded in either AUD or NZD depending on the Winner’s residential location and will be in the form of an electronic funds transfer (EFT) into the winner’s nominated AU/NZ bank account in the winner’s name. Winner is responsible for providing full and accurate AU or NZ bank details. The Promoter will not be responsible for incorrect details being provided, a banking institution rejecting an EFT payment, or any costs associated with locating any lost monies.
29. As a condition of accepting the Major Prize/Consolation Prize (and any travel associated with attending the Game), the Participant (and their companion) must sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form. In the event a winner’s companion is under the age of 18, a nominated parent/legal guardian of such person will be required to sign the legal documentation required under this clause on their behalf.
30. During the entire duration of the prize, a nominated parent/guardian must accompany any person under 18 years of age.
GENERAL
31. The Promoter, reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
32. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
33. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
34. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
35. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency, pandemic or any other kind of disaster or unforeseeable event beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or suspend, substitute or modify a prize, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
36. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not take a prize (or an element of a prize) at/by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited.
37. If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
38. Total prize pool value is up to $107,250.
39. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
40. A draw for any Instant Prize that is won but remains unclaimed or the prize won by the Participant at the Game remains unclaimed, an unclaimed prize draw will take on 15/07/2026 at 12:00pm AEST at the same place as the original Major Draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. Winners, if any, will be notified in writing within seven (7) days and their details (first initial, surname and postcode) will be published online at monopolywin.com.au/fifa on 17/07/2026. For clarity, the prize (whether a Major Prize or Consolation Prize) that is won during the Game is the prize that will be awarded in the unclaimed prize draw if unclaimed.
41. Winners of prizes awarded in the unclaimed prize draw have until 11:59pm AEST on 27/07/2026 to claim their prize.
42. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
43. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
44. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
45. Quality control errors will not invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim. Unless otherwise due to fraud or ineligibility under these Terms and Conditions, all prize claims in excess of the advertised prize pool will be honoured.
46. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutoryconsumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia or any statutory consumer guarantees as provided under consumer protection laws in New Zealand (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.
47. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) if the Game is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (f) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (g) use of a prize / taking of a prize / participation in the Game.
48. The Promoter collects personal information ("PI") in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian or New Zealand regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this PI. The Promoter will also use and handle PI as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at https://docs.hasbro.com/en-au/legal/privacy. In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, if the entrant opts in at the time of entry, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the PI for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their PI, how entrants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter will not disclose PI to any entity outside of Australia.
