STANDARD TERMS
1.1 Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry.
WHO CAN ENTER
2.1 Subject to clause 2.2, entry is open to all residents of Australia and New Zealand. All entrants must be over the age of 18 years old.
2.2. Employees, franchisees and their immediate families of Crowne Plaza Terrigal Pacific, Terrigal Beach House, Australian Reptile Park, Six String Brewing or any related agencies, are not eligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether by natural or by adoption), parent, stepparent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, or step-sister.

PROMOTION & ENTRY PERIOD
3.1 The promoter is Crowne Plaza Terrigal Pacific (ABN: 79609 479 852). The competition commences at 11am AEST 22/06/2026 and concludes at 11:59pm AEST on 20/07/2026 (“the Competition Period”).
To enter, each Eligible Entrant must, during the Competition Period:
3.2 Enter by submitting an entry using the online form provided athttps://terrigalpacific.crowneplaza.com/win-the-ultimate-family-giveaway/. The entry must complete all entry fields of the competition, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications of the competition may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Crowne Plaza Terrigal Pacific. You must provide the information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules of the competition, your submission may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Crowne Plaza Terrigal Pacific.
3.3 agree that their entry may be used by the promoters for promotional purposes
3.4 agree to receive marketing communications from Crowne Plaza Terrigal Pacific, Australian Reptile Park, Six String Brewing and Terrigal Beach House which may be unsubscribed from at any point
3.5 Entries which in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter:
are received outside the Promotional Period;
contain defamatory, offensive or inappropriate content or infringe intellectual property rights; are incomplete or indecipherable; or do not otherwise comply with these terms,
will be invalid and ineligible for any prize.

PRIZES
4.1 One winner will be chosen in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Random drawing will be conducted on or about 21/07/2026 by a representative from Crowne Plaza Terrigal Pacific.

Prize is for two adults and two children, is valued at $1,700, and includes:

4.2 Prize cannot be exchanged, redeemed for cash or refunded in any way by the winner.
4.3 Prize must be used between 1/08/2026 and 30/08/2027 excluding school holidays and long weekends, special events or the prize will be forfeited.
4.4 Selection of the room is subject to availability and at the discretion of Crowne Plaza Terrigal Pacific.

4.5 If any items of the prize are unavailable, they may be replaced – at the discretion of the relevant supplier – with an item or equal or similar value.
4.6 The prize does not include travel to/from Terrigal. Adidtional expenses incurred are at the expense of the winner on check out.

UNCLAIMED PRIZE
Any prizes that remain unclaimed for 48 hours after the end of the promotion period will be awarded to another entrant, also drawn at random from all valid entries. If required, this will occur on or around 25/07/2026.

SELECTION OF PRIZE WINNERS
5.1 Each entrant who has entered the competition over the Competition Period and registered all details in accordance with Clause 3 will be entered into the prize pool.
5.2 The winner will be selected by the Promoter on 21/07/26 at 12:00PM AEST on Crowne Plaza Terrigal Pacific premises.
5.3 The winner of the competition, as determined by the Promoter, agrees to provide proof of age to Crowne Plaza Terrigal Pacific if deemed necessary by the Promoter.
5.4 The winner will be notified by email and will be announced on Crowne Plaza Terrigal Pacific Instagram account on or around 22/07/26. Crowne Plaza Terrigal Pacific may postpone this announcement if it has not managed to make contact with the winner.
5.5 The Promoter’s decision is final.
5.6 If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter may, in its sole discretion, determine the identity of the entrant.
5.7 Crowne Plaza Terrigal Pacific shall have no liability for a Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for a Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 48 hours from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected. Receipt of the prize offered in this Campaign by the Winner is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Any violation of these official rules by the Winner at the Sponsor’s sole discretion will result in the Winner’s disqualification as winner, and all privileges as winner will be immediately terminated.

NO LIABILITY
6.1 In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoter may in their absolute discretion cancel the competition or other as subject to any State Legislation.
6.2 The Promoter and their associated agencies and companies will take no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit, or late, lost or misdirected mail.
6.3 The Promoter and their associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss (including but not limited to consequential loss) or claim that may occur:
6.3.1 during the draw;
6.3.2 Whilst undertaking any travel won connected with their entry into the draw; or
6.3.3 in the participation in any prize
6.3.4 as a consequence of late, lost or misdirected mail;
6.3.5 due to the broadcast of any program relating to the competition or the publication of any material, including any statements made by any compere, staff member, journalist, other entrants or any other person;
6.3.6 due to circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control.
6.4 The Promoter and its affiliates assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, entries, and reserve the right to take any action that may be available.
6.5 If, for any reason, this competition is not capable of being conducted as planned, including, but not limited, due to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter’s which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter’s reserve the right, at their discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or any other dishonest act, may take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, subject to State legislation.

MISCELLANEOUS
7.1 Nothing in these terms limits, excludes or modifies (or purports to do so) any non-excludable guarantees or warranties under consumer law (Non-Excludable Guarantees).
7.2 This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, Reddit, Pinterest, LinkedIn or any other social networks that are used to share the Sweepstakes. You understand that you are providing your information to the owner of the Sweepstakes and not to Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, Reddit, Pinterest, LinkedIn or any other social networks.

The details contained in your entry are protected by security safeguards as detailed in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. The personal information collected as part of the entry is collected to enable identification of the winner and for future marketing and promotional purposes.
