This giveaway is a game of chance. All entries must be an independent submission by the entrant and free of any claims that they infringe any third-party rights.

Entrants must be 18 years old and over. Employees of the Promoter and Gwinganna Lifestyle Retreat & Spa Pty Limited ("Gwinganna"), and their immediate family members, are ineligible to enter this competition.

Entrants must have a valid Australian residential address.

Agree to opt in to receive marketing communications (including by email and SMS) from both Nu Harvest and Gwinganna. All fields in the entry form must be completed to qualify.

All entries become and remain the property of the Promoter. The Promoter may use an entrant's name for any commercial purpose, including future promotional marketing and publicity purposes.

The prize consists of:

One "Wellness Weekend" retreat experience at Gwinganna Retreat & Spa for two (2) guests, comprising: two (2) nights' accommodation (Orchard Room or Villa Room only); one 50-minute Classic Massage; all organic meals and snacks, barista coffee, herbal teas, and an evening glass of organic wine; a wellness seminar; access to all wellness facilities and scheduled activities including Qi Gong, yoga, hiking, and sauna; and complimentary transfers from Gold Coast Airport at set times ("Gwinganna Retreat Experience"). Indicative value: $3,790.

2 x $1,000 Nu Harvest vouchers.

Total indicative prize value: $5,790.

The Gwinganna Retreat Experience applies to new bookings only, cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, is available for Orchard Room or Villa Room types only, is subject to availability, and must be redeemed within 12 months of the winner being announced.

The prize does not include flights or transport to and from Gwinganna, other than the complimentary Gold Coast Airport transfers included above.

The prize will be invalid and a new winner will be chosen if the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days by Nu Harvest.

Entries are valid from 12:00am AEST 1 August 2026 to 11:59pm AEST 31 August 2026.

Entries will be judged at the Promoter's Head Office within 3 days of the closing of the competition. The judge's decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

The Promoter will contact the winner via phone or email Hello@Nakedharvestsupplements.com if the winner cannot be reached by phone.

If the winner is uncontactable or does not respond within 7 days of being notified, a new winner will be chosen at the Promoter's Head Office within 48 hours.

The winner is responsible for any tax implications which may arise from accepting the prize.

The competition is open to Australian residents only.

Gwinganna is responsible for coordinating the booking and redemption of the Retreat Experience with the winner. Nu Harvest is responsible for issuing the Nu Harvest Vouchers to the winner. Any complaint or dispute relating to the Retreat Experience will be handled by Gwinganna; any complaint or dispute relating to the Nu Harvest Vouchers or products will be handled by Nu Harvest.
