I can almost guarantee you a DVD or CD win each month but you have to be prepared to put up with all the messages, I have another Email address I divert them to and then delete them all once a week!

I'm with you Arran at least win  once a month if not more, i just delete the emails as soon as they arrive, no biggy, have a zillion to delete anyway!

There's plenty of icky comps out there, but I've decided I shouldn't take the moral high ground, "to each his own" and just post for others to decide... but good on you if you still have the body after having kids to win here!!!

JBMarigold absolutely agree that all comps should be available and it is up to the individual to choose. And no judgement on my part to those who do, each to their own. Maybe I should enter their DVD / CD comps as jmnash and arran do too.....food for thought. I have to say that the zoo newsletter is almost as bad, there are plenty like redhotpie out there. I'll blame my first post on not having had my morning coffee yet
