Nuffnang Australia is happy to announce a new incentive scheme for rewarding new bloggers who join our network – and rewarding Nuffnang bloggers who refer friends to join us!

Starting today, we’re going to be running a monthly prize draw and giving away two $100 gift vouchers – one to a new Nuffnang blogger, and one to a Nuffnang blogger who referred someone new to Nuffnang!

The two winners each month will each receive a $100 voucher, and they get to choose between some great brands too – you can have your choice of a Westfield, JB Hifi, Borders or Red Balloon voucher!

How to enter

If you join Nuffnang between now and 31 December, 2010, you’ll automatically go into the prize draw in the month you joined. No need to do anything at all!

If you’re a current Nuffnang blogger, you just need to refer a friend to join Nuffnang – so make sure they put you down as their referrer when they sign up! The good news for current Nuffnangers is that you can go into the draw EACH MONTH that you refer someone new. Terms and Conditions of Entry for the Nuffnang New Blogger Rewards Prize Draw

1. Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these conditions. Entry into this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry.

2. The Promoter is Nuffnang Australia Pty Ltd ACN 133 905 647 of 28 St Edmonds Road, Prahran VIC 3181 (”Promoter”).

3. The Promotion will be open from 12:01 am Australian Eastern Daylight Saving Time (“AEDST”) on 1 June 2010 and will continue until 11:59 pm AEDST on 31 December 2010 (”Promotion Period”).

4. Entry is open to all Australian residents, aged 14 years and over, other than management, employees or contractors of the Promoter and other agencies, firms or companies associated with the Promotion (including suppliers of prize), and their immediate families (”Eligible Entrants”).

5. To register Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotion Period complete the following steps:

(a) Become a registered blogger on Nuffnang (http://www.nuffnang.com.au) (“Nuffnang”) for the first time; or

(b) Be an existing registered blogger on Nuffnang (http://www.nuffnang.com.au) (“Nuffnang”) who is listed as the referrer by a new blogger who registers on Nuffnang.

6. Bloggers who become a registered blogger on Nuffnang will be eligible for the draw in the month they joined the network.

7. Existing registered bloggers on Nuffnang (http://www.nuffnang.com.au) (“Nuffnang”) are eligible for the draw in each month where they are listed as the referrer by a new blogger who registers on Nuffnang.

8. The draw for the prize will take place at 11:00 am AEDST on 1 July 2010 (”Judging Date”), and thereafter on the first working day of each month until 1 December, 2010, at Nuffnang, 28 St Emonds Road, Prahran VIC 3181 (”Judging Location”), from all Eligible Blogs received during the Promotion Period.

9. The draw will be conducted using an Excel spreadsheet to determine a random winner from the list of entrants.

10. Two draws will be conducted for each month of the content. One draw will select a winner from the list of new bloggers who registered with Nuffnang for the first time in that month. The other draw will select a winner from the list of existing Nuffnang bloggers who were listed as the referrer by a new blogger who registered with Nuffnang during that month. Both Eligible Entrants drawn will win from the Promoter a $100 gift voucher of their choice from either JB Hifi, Red Balloon, Borders or Westfield, valued at $100 (including GST).

11. This is a game of chance. The first Eligible Entry in the two monthly draws will win.

12. The judges’ decision (including any decisions as to prize distribution) is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.

13. The Prize winner will be notified by telephone and/or in writing on 1 July 2010, and thereafter on the first working day of each month until 1 December, 2010. The winners’ details will also be published on Nuffnang.com.au on the same day.

14. Any prizes which have not been claimed by 10 July 2010 will be distributed at the Promoter’s absolute discretion.

15. The total Prize pool value is up to $1,400.00 (including GST).

16. Entrants are bound by the Terms & Conditions of Nuffnang, available at http://www.nuffnang.com.au/terms-conditions/.

17. The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and is not redeemable for cash. All other costs associated with the Prize are the responsibility of the winner. The Promoter shall not be liable for any Prize that may be lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way before it reaches the winner.

18. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the Prize.

19. If the Promoter is unable to provide a winner with the nominated Prize, the Promoter reserves the right to supply an alternative prize of the same or greater monetary value to the nominated Prize.

20. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any attempted entry not being correctly registered for any reason during the Promotion Period. The Promoter is not responsible for technical difficulties with the entry mechanism.

21. If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to take any action that may be available.

22. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries in the event of non-compliance with these terms and conditions of entry. In the event there is a dispute concerning the conduct of the Promotion, the decision of the Promoter is final and binding on each entrant and no correspondence will be entered into.

23.To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct or indirect loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with this Promotion.
