Terms and Conditions – Ultimate Royal Show Package Competition1) Information on how to enter form part of these terms and conditions of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2) Competition commences 27/07/10 and ends 5.00pm on 1/09/10.3) Competition entries can only be made on-line at
www.theshow.com.au and will only be accepted with correct advertising locations given.
4) The Prize draw will occur at 10.00pm on 2/09/10 at Adelaide Showground, Goodwood Road, Wayville. The first valid entry drawn will be deemed the prize winner.
5) The winner will be notified.
6) The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash and all components of the prize must be taken together.
7) The prize consists of :
VIP entry to the 2010 Royal Adelaide Show for four people (Provides entry into the Members Grandstand facilities as well as the Members Dining Room and Bar)
$100 of ‘Carnival Cash’
8 Meal Vouchers
4 Show caps
The prize must be used between Friday 3 and Saturday 11 September 2010 and is valued at $300 (Australian dollars)
If the winner is under 18 years the prize may at the absolute discretion of the Promoter be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian.
9) The Promoter reserves the right to announce or publish the winner’s name and/or photograph for publicity purposes.
10) The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of the prize except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.
