("Promotion")

Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter is Woolworths Limited, ABN. 88 000 014 675 of 1 Woolworths Way Bella Vista NSW 2153 ("Promoter").

2. Information on how to be eligible and prize details form part of these terms and conditions. Entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

3. The Promotion will commence at 1am Australian Eastern Standard Time ("AEST") on 27th May 2010 and will continue until 23:59 pm AEST 25th August 2010("Promotion Period").

Entry

4. Entry is open to all Australian residents 18 years and over. Directors, management and employees of the Promoter and any agencies, firms and / or companies associated with the Promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

5. To be eligible to enter and win, a person must, during the Promotion Period register to become a member of Shoppers' Corner at www.shopperscorner.com.au.

6. A person who enters the Promotion and satisfies the requirements of paragraphs 4 and 5 above is an Eligible Entrant.

7. An Eligible Entrant may receive an additional entry for each of:

      (a) Completing all of the additional profiling module;

      (b) Referring a friend or family member who completes the registration process during the Promotion Period; and/or

      (c) Retaining membership during the Promotion Period.

Prize draw

8. There will be one random electronic prize draw ("Prize Draw") which will take place at 14:00 pm AEST on 26th August 2010 at Stokes Mischewski, Level 3, 116-122 Kippax Street, Surry Hills, NSW 2010 ("Draw Location").

9. The first 3 Eligible Entrants drawn from all eligible entries will win a gift voucher to the value of $1,000. Winners will be contacted and able to nominate their choice of gift voucher from the variety of gift vouchers that the Promoter makes available,

("Prize").

10. The winner will be notified by email within 2 days of the draw and his or her details will be published on the Shoppers' Corner website within 1 week of the Prize Draw. In addition, the prize winner will be published in The Australian newspaper on 9th September 2010.

11. If a prize is unclaimed for 3 months, the Promoter may conduct a further draw at the Draw Location at 14:00pm on 25th November 2010 ("Unclaimed Prize Draw") in order to distribute the Prize, subject to any written direction of the state or territory lottery authorities.

General

12. The total maximum prize value for the Promotion is $3,000.

13. Prizes are not transferable, negotiable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. If the Promoter is unable to provide the winner with the nominated Prize, the Promoter reserves the right to supply an alternative prize of similar monetary value, subject to any direction of a lottery authority.

14. Eligibility of entries and the awarding of Prizes is solely within the discretion of the Promoter.

15. If the Prize Winner receives a voucher as a Prize, it will be subject to third party terms and conditions and there may be an expiry date.

16. If the Prize winner does not accept any element of the Prize, the Promoter is not obliged to provide the winner with a substitute prize.

17. Any entrant who, in the opinion of the Promoter, tampers or interferes with the entry process in any way, or who does not properly comply with the entry process or these conditions of entry, will be ineligible to win.

18. All other costs associated with taking and using the Prize are the responsibility of the winner.

19. The Promoter will not be held liable for any loss, damage or injury which may result directly or indirectly from this Promotion, including the taking of prizes, except that which cannot be excluded by law.

19.1 We respect your privacy. We collect, store and use your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988. 20. The Promoter has the right in its absolute discretion to amend or cancel the Promotion, providing such does not advantage or disadvantage any individual.
