TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
How to Enter
To be eligible for the advertised promotion, entrants must be Australian residents aged 14 years or over to enter the competition on Borders Shortlist during the promotional period. To enter the promotion, eligible entrants must, during the promotional period, complete in full in the required manner and submit the online entry form found in the Borders Shortlist email 12 August 2009.
Terms and Conditions
1. Details on how to enter form part of these Terms and Conditions.

Entry is open to all Australian Residents aged 14 years or over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating outlets, printers, suppliers, providers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
3. Eligible entrants will be required to provide all mandatory information required for the promotion. Such information may include their name, address, current and valid email address and telephone number. All eligible entries must include an answer to the following question: Tell us in 25 words or less why you want to win this prize. Incorrect, incomplete or incomprehensible entries will be ineligible to enter.
4. Only one entry per person. Internet entries will be deemed to be accepted at the time of receipt and not at the time of transmission. Incomplete, ineligible or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.
5. The promotion starts on 12/8/2010 and closes on 27/8/2010.
6. Entry opens at 12.01am (AEST) on 12/8/2010 and closes 11:59pm (AEST) on 27/8/2010.

The entries will be judged by the Promoter and the winner will be chosen on 1/9/2010 by Twentieth Century Fox Film Distributors Pty Ltd at Level 3, Frank Hurley Grandstand, Fox Studios, 38 Driver Avenue, Moore Park NSW 2021 at its absolute discretion. Prize winner will be notified by phone by the promoter for theatrette booking.
8. This is a game of skill, and chance plays no part in determining the winners. Entries will be judged based on creativity. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The prize includes: Only one prize winner will receive a private theatrette screening of the new film DIARY OF A WIMPY KID for them and 25 friends, including choc top, medium popcorn and drink, valued at $5,000. Transport to and from the theatrette venue is not included in the major prize and is the responsibility of the prize winner and friends. 10. If the winner is under 18 years of age, they must be accompanied by an adult in attending the theatrette screening prize.
11. All winners are advised that the allocated film classification guidelines for each film must be adhered to as per usual standards set out by the Classification Board and associated legislation.
12. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies shall not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss), damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (including but not limited to that arising from any person's negligence) in connection with using any prize, except any liability that cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
13. The Promoters accept no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from winning the Prize. Independent financial advice should be sought.
14. The prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not exchangeable or transferable and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for prizes lost or damaged in transit. Total prize pool value of up to $5,000.
15. If the prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winners must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and prize supplier’s requirements. Each prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated.
16. All entries remain the property of the Promoter. The personal information gathered as part of the entry is collected to enable identification of the winner. Your personal information will be disclosed to the Promoter for these purposes only.
