Terms and ConditionsPromoter: Burswood Nominees Ltd ABN 24 078 250 307 as trustee for The Burswood
Property Trust (t/a Burswood Entertainment Complex). Promotion Period: 12pm WST
02/08/10 to 10am WST 23/08/10. Eligibility: Entrants must be 18 years of age or older and a
resident of Western Australia. Entrants are ineligible if: they are excluded from the property of
the Promoter; any personal information is entered incorrectly; they are an employee of the
Promoter; or they are an immediate family member (spouse, partner, sibling, parent or child)
of the following employees of the Promoter: All members of the Executive Team, General
Manager Marketing, All employees within the Club Burswood and Information Technology
departments; Promotional Casino Hosts; Restaurants & Bars Marketing Manager; Marketing
Coordinators – Restaurants & Bars. Entry: Purchase any beverage from Carbon Sports Bar
during the Promotion Period, receive and complete an entry form and place it in the
corresponding barrel located at Carbon Sports Bar on the main gaming floor prior to 10am on
23 August 2010.

forms per person per day. Draws: At 10am on Monday, 23 August 2010, the Promoter will
randomly select a winner from all entries at Burswood Entertainment Complex to determine

Prize: 2 x Adult Economy class Malaysia Airlines return tickets from Perth

designated by the Promoter; 2 x 2 day Grandstand Tickets for Malaysian Motorcycle Grand
Prix 2010; 4 nights’ accommodation with daily breakfast at the Dorsett Regency Hotel in a
standard room; Return Airport and track transfers as determined by the Promoter; Airport
taxes and charges associated with the air tickets, at a total value of over $3,000. Prize
Conditions: The Prize(s) is non transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for
cash. The Prize will be forfeited if for any reason, a Prize winner cannot take the Prize(s). Any
ancillary costs associated with the Prize are not included unless specified and are the
responsibility of the Prize Winner. If a Prize(s) or receipt of it incurs a tax liability, the Prize
winner is liable for payment of such tax. The Prize is subject to availability and any separate
and individual terms and conditions attached to any component of the Prize. The Prize cannot
be resold (at a premium or otherwise), or advertised or offered for resale. The Prize Winner
and his/her companion must be over 18 and they are responsible for ensuring that they have
valid passports, and any requisite visas, vaccinations and travel documentation. The Prize
winner (and any companion) must depart and return to the same departure point and travel
together at all times. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the prize. The Prize winner may
be required to present z credit card at time of accommodation check in. Claim of Prize: The
Promoter will contact the Prize winner who is responsible for claiming the Prize. Publicity:
The Promoter may use Prize winners’ details for promotional purposes unless a written
request is made otherwise. Release: To the fullest extent permissible by law, each entrant
including the Prize winner and any person partaking in the Prize, releases and indemnifies the
Promoter from any claim, loss, damage, injury, expense (including any claim for legal
expenses), cost or charge sustained or in any way incurred in connection with the Prize or
Promotion or participation in the Prize or Promotion. The Promoter’s responsibility for the
provision of prizes is limited to the Prize(s) described in these Terms and Conditions, the
Promoter accepts no further liability or commitment beyond those stated and is not liable for
any failure of the Promoter’s agents or contactors to supply the Prize(s). Communication:
The Promoter will not be responsible for any delayed, lost or misdirected mail or
communication. Force Majeure: The Promoter will not be responsible for any of its acts,
omissions, failures or delays that are due to an act of God, riots, terrorism, storms, fire, any
labour or industrial dispute, strike, and other acts, which are not reasonably within its control.
Disputes: The decision of the Promoter is final and binding. Alteration: The Promoter
reserves the right to alter these Terms and Conditions to address any misinterpretation,
misinformation or misunderstanding, as is permitted by law. The Promoter’s decision will be
final. Acceptance: Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and
Conditions. Disqualification: Any failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may
result in immediate disqualification of an entrant or the Prize Winner. Disqualification will be at
the Promoter’s sole discretion. Cancellation: The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the
Promotion prior to commencement of the Promotion Period for any reason.
