Win-In-Store Prize Draw Promotion – Single Outlet
How to enter:
Purchase any Bundy Rum product from the Participating Outlet during the Promotion Period,
complete your personal details on the in-store entry form, attach your receipt and place it in
the entry box provided in-store. Limit of two (2) entries per person per day.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry.
Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
2. Entry is only open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and older. Employees (and
their immediate families) of the Promoter, the Participating Outlet and their agencies
associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
3. The promotion will only be conducted in this outlet, Carbon Bar, Burswood
Entertainment Complex (Participating Outlet) in Western Australia between 10am
16/04/10 and 8pm local time 23/08/10 (Promotion Period).
4. There will be nineteen (19) minor prize draws and one (1) major prize draw
conducted during the Promotion Period. Entries will close for each minor prize draw
at 8pm local time each Monday between 19/04/10 and 23/08/10 inclusive. Each minor
draw will take place in the Participating Outlet at 10pm local time each Monday
between 19/04/10 and 23/08/10 inclusive. The winner(s) will be notified by phone and
in writing. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered
into.
5. In each minor prize draw, ten (10) entries will be randomly drawn out of all entries
received for that draw. Each of these ten (10) entries will be entered into the major
prize draw. Additionally, the first valid entry drawn will also win access to VIP Bundy
couch area for the winner and up to five (5) friends to watch the football game
broadcast the following Monday. The winner (and their friends) of the minor prize
must be 18 years of age or over. The first valid drawn entry for each minor prize is
valued at up to $570 and includes tray service from the Bundy SWAP girls, food and
beverages for the length of the broadcasted football game, a Bundy branded cap for
the winner and each friend, Alcoholic beverages to be provided in accordance with
the Responsible Service of Alcohol policy of the Participating Outlet.
6. All entries drawn in each minor prize draw, in accordance with Clause 5, will be
entered into the major prize draw. All minor prize draw winners will be invited the
major prize draw. The Participating Outlet will notify the minor prize draw winners by
mail and telephone prior to the major prize draw to invite them to attend the major
prize draw, and they must confirm their attendance at the major prize draw to the
Promoter. In the event an entrant cannot attend the major prize draw at the time
stipulated they may nominate a proxy to attend in their place. Any proxy must be a
resident of WA aged 18 or over. The entrant must notify the Promoter of their proxy’s
details prior to the major prize draw. The minor prize draw barrel will be emptied after
each minor prize draw and undrawn entries in each minor prize draw will not be
entered into any subsequent draws.
7. The major prize draw will take place on 30/08/10 at 7pm local time in Carbon Sports
Bar at Burswood Entertainment Complex. A representative of the Participating Outlet
will randomly select one (1) entry form from the major prize draw barrel at the major
prize draw to determine the winner of the major prize. The winner (or their proxy)
must present himself or herself to the Participating Outlet’s staff within two (2)
minutes of the announcement of the draw. If the winner (or a proxy of the winner)
does not present himself or herself within this two (2) minute period, the prize will be
forfeited and another entry will be drawn out. This process will continue until a winner
claims the prize.
8. The first valid entry drawn in the major prize draw will win a trip for two (2) people to
Sydney, NSW valued at up to $2,600 (depending on point of departure). Prize
includes return economy airfares from the winner’s nearest capital city to Sydney
NSW (if required), 2 nights accommodation in one room at Holiday Inn, Darling
Harbour, Sydney and two (2) tickets to the 2010 NRL Grand Final. Spending money,
meals, insurance, transport to and from departure point, transfers, items of a personal
nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs are not included. Prize must be
taken to coincide with the 2010 NRL Grand Final to be held on 03/10/10 and is
subject to booking and flight availability.
9. During the entire duration of the prize, a nominated parent/guardian must accompany
any person under 18 years of age. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the prize.
Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service
providers. Winner may be required to present credit card at time of accommodation
check in.
10. The 2010 NRL Grand Final ticket prizes are subject to the event venue and ticket
terms and conditions. The Promoter and event organizers hereby expressly reserve
the right to eject any winner (and/or his/her companion) for any inappropriate
behaviour, including but not limited to intoxication, whilst participating in any element
of the prize.
11. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value. Prizes,
including any unused portion, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be
taken as cash, unless indicated otherwise. Total prize pool is up to $13,430.
12. The Promoter reserves the right at any time to verify the validity of entries received
and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or
for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion.
13. Multiple entries are permitted, provided each entry is completed on an official entry
form. Only one (1) entry is permitted per specified purchase requirement. Limit of
two (2) entries per person per day.
14. Incomplete, illegible or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
15. If for any reason a winner does not redeem a prize or an element of a prize by the
time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize or that element of the prize will be
forfeited.
16. If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion,
reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the
equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory
authority.
17. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as
reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the
Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent
permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions
from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as
appropriate.
18. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered
(including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which
is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking any of the prizes, except for any liability
which cannot be excluded by law.
19. The Promoter encourages consumers to enjoy drinking its products responsibly.
Legal aged consumers are advised to consider the safe drinking levels recommended
in the National Health & Medical Research Council Australian Alcohol Guidelines.
20. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the
promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not
participate in the promotion. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised,
each entrant also agrees that the Promoter may use this information, or disclose it to
other organisations that may use it, in any media for future promotional, marketing
and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation
to the entrant. Entrants’ personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory
lottery departments and winners’ names published as required under the relevant
lottery legislation. A request to access, update or correct any information should be
directed to the Promoter at their address set out below.
