Entry into the competition is open to all residents of Australia who have made a purchase via one of the specified methods. It is the entrant’s responsibility to supply their correct details with their purchase.
The officers, management and employees (or immediate family of an officer, manager or employee) of enRICH KIDS™, their related corporations and associated agencies are not eligible to enter.
Competition commences on the 1 July 2010 and entries close at midnight EST on 30 June 2011. (‘Competition Period’).
The major prize is a pack containing signed copies of book 1 & 2 in the enRICH KIDS™ series along with the BIG WIN Financial Literacy Program and 3 x 1 hour coaching sessions (sessions will be conducted one on one or via telephone coaching, depending on the location of the prize winner to be determined by the promoter). There are 5 runner up prizes of an enRICH KIDS™ book. This is a game of chance and each purchase will qualify for one entry into the draw. The first entry drawn will win the major prize. The runner up prizes will be awarded to the next 5 entries drawn.
The value of the major prize is $420.25. The value of each runner up prize is $13.95. The total prize pool is valued at $490.00.
No responsibility will be taken for any late, ineligible or lost entries. Entries that are not genuine are incomplete or late will be declared void. Each entrant must enter their details including their name, address, postcode, contact telephone number.
All valid entries will be judged and winners will be determined 10:00AM EST on 3rd July 2011. The prize winners will be notified by post or phone. This is a game of chance. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
No responsibility will be taken by enRICH KIDS™ for lost or late entries due to technical issues or any other reason.
Prizes are not transferable. Prizes are not redeemable for cash.
All unclaimed prizes will be dealt with as prescribed by the law of the State or Territory of Australia in which the prize winner resides. All prizes remain the property of enRICH KIDS™ until they are claimed by the prize winners. If a prize remains unclaimed after 3 (three) months and enRICH KIDS™ has made reasonable efforts to locate the prize winner and has been unable to do so, or the prize winner has been located but has failed to claim the prize, enRICH KIDS™ will hold a further draw to dispose of the unclaimed prize.
enRICH KIDS™ shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of taking the prize.
It is the entrant’s responsibility to inform enRICH KIDS™ if their residential address, email address or phone number changes during the competition. Once the prizes have left the promoter’s premises, the promoter will not accept any responsibility for prizes lost, delayed or damaged in transit.
enRICH KIDS™ is not liable for the cancellation of all or any part of the prize, for any reason. enRICH KIDS™ reserves the right to change the prizes at any time if a prize becomes unavailable for a prize of equal value as determined by the promoter. enRICH KIDS™ is not liable for the replacement of prizes which are defective.
Anyone found tampering with the entry process, or damaging the integrity of the promotion will be excluded from the competition and may have their registration to the enRICH KIDS™ website deleted. They may face permanent expulsion and be prohibited from re-registering on the website and therefore will not be permitted to enter any future enRICH KIDS™ promotions and competitions. The decision to expel such persons and prevent them from participating in future enRICH KIDS™ competitions is at the complete discretion of the promoter.
