Shoppers' Corner - Numbers Game
("Promotion")

Terms and Conditions

1. Information on how to be eligible and prize details form part of these terms and conditions. Entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2. The promoter is Woolworths Limited, ABN. 88 000 014 675 of 1 Woolworths Way Bella Vista NSW 2153 ("Promoter").

3. The Promotion will commence at 1am Australian Eastern Standard Time ("AEST") on 1st August 2010 and will continue until 23.59pm AEST 31 October 2010 ("Promotion Period").

Entry

4. Entry is open to all Australian residents over 18 years. Directors, management and employees of the Promoter and any agencies, firms and / or companies associated with the Promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

5. To be eligible to enter and win, a person must, during the Promotion Period:

      (a) Register to become a member of Shoppers' Corner at www.shopperscorner.com.au (if you are not already a member); and

      (b) take part and complete a survey that the Promoter deems to be more involving (for example, where a survey is longer or more difficult than usual) which will be through a survey link invitation emailed to the person.

6. A person who enters the Promotion and satisfies the requirements of paragraphs 4 and 5 above is an Eligible Entrant.

Numbers Game - Instant Win

7. The Promotion will be run solely on the Shoppers Corner website.

8. On completion of certain surveys that the Promoter deems to be more demanding (for example, where a survey is longer or more difficult than usual), the participant will be invited to take part in the Numbers Game.

9. The explanation of the game is as follows:

      (a) Twelve numbers (1 through to 12) are presented to the participant;

      (b) The participant must choose three of those numbers;

      (c) Once the participant has selected three numbers, a computer system will instantly randomly generate three numbers out of the original twelve; and

      (d) The participant will win $50 and will be notified instantly on the Shoppers Corner website if their selected numbers are the same as the three random computer generated numbers.

9.1 Prizes will be awarded in a form that the Eligible Entrant has chosen during the registration process for Shoppers' Corner (e.g. a choice of gift voucher or payment via a PayPal account). Winners will be contacted and if the gift voucher option has been selected, the winner will be able to nominate their choice of gift voucher from the variety of gift vouchers that the Promoter makes available, currently these are David Jones, Red Balloon, Westfield, Flight Centre, Myer or Dick Smith.

10. Winners will be notified immediately following their participation in the Numbers Game on the Shoppers Corner Website if they have won.

General

11. The total maximum prize value for the Promotion is up to $2,000 (however, the actual number of prizes awarded will depend on the number of Eligible Entrants that select the same numbers as the computer system automatically generates).

12. Prizes are not transferable, negotiable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. If the Promoter is unable to provide the winner with the nominated Prize, the Promoter reserves the right to supply an alternative prize of similar monetary value, subject to any direction of a lottery authority.

13. Eligibility of entries and the awarding of Prizes is solely within the discretion of the Promoter.

14. If the Prize Winner receives a voucher as a Prize, it will be subject to third party terms and conditions and there may be an expiry date.

15. If the Prize winner does not accept any element of the Prize, the Promoter is not obliged to provide the winner with a substitute prize.

16. Any entrant who, in the opinion of the Promoter, tampers or interferes with the entry process in any way, or who does not properly comply with the entry process or these conditions of entry, will be ineligible to win.

17. All other costs associated with taking and using the Prize are the responsibility of the winner.

18. The Promoter will not be held liable for any loss, damage or injury which may result directly or indirectly from this Promotion, including the taking of prizes, except that which cannot be excluded by law.
