6.    The draw will take place at 12pm on 20/09/10 (“Draw Date”) at Anisimoff Legal - Suite 1, Level 1, 34 Chandos Street, St. Leonards NSW 2065.
7.    The Prize Winners’ name will be published in The Australian on 27/09/10.  Prize winner will also be contacted by telephone and notified in writing.
8.    A redraw for the prize if it remains unclaimed will take place on 20/12/10 at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. Winner will be notified by telephone and in writing.
9.    The Prize is provided with a manufacturer’s warranty. Any and all claims regarding the fitness for purpose, quality, use and operation of the Prize should be directed to the manufacturer.  The Promoter makes no warranties as to the fitness for purpose or merchantable quality of the Prize and accepts no responsibility for any defect with the Prize.  Prize winner is responsible for any installation and set up of Prize.
