1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions of entry. Participating in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of entry.
2. Entry is only open to residents of Australia who complete and submit an official entry on the Mother and Baby website
www.motherandbaby.com.au during the promotional period (from 28 July, 2010 until 28 September, 2010). Entry is only accepted as valid once all fields are filled in and the question relevant to the prize is answer in 25 words or less “why you would like to win this prize?”
3. These are games of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners.
Multiple entries are accepted, but each entry must be unique and must be complete and submitted from www.motherandbaby.com.au . Each entry will be individually judged based on literary and creative merit. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
4. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. 13. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to all relevant state and territory regulations) to either provide an alternative prize to the same value as the original prize or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.

If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law to (a) disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
