Green Organics Competition Terms & Conditions

How to Enter:

    * No purchase is required to enter the Green Organics Competition Prize Giveaway.
    * You must register as a member at Green Organics Australia
    * A Maximum of one entry per person is permitted for each prize draw
    * Giveaway is valid for Australian members only.

Prize:

    * The giveaway consist of 3 prizes and prizes will vary from week to week.
    * The winner will be selected in a random drawing to be conducted from all eligible online entries received.
    * The random drawing will be conducted under the supervision of Green Organics Pty Ltd, whose decisions are final.
    * The Prize winners maybe asked to submit valid identification, including a digitized photograph or drivers license to Green Organics Australia Pty Ltd so as to execute a liability/publicity release within 72 hours following confirmation by the Prize winner. Failure to comply with these time periods will result in disqualification and awarding of the Prize to an alternate winner.

Eligibility:

This Competition is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Green Organics Australia, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies. Entrants must be over 18 years of age. You cannot enter under any circumstances if you are not at least eighteen years of age.

The Green Organics Weekly Prize Giveaway winner will be determined as follows:

    * No purchase is necessary to enter the Giveaway.
    * To remain a member in the Giveaway, the entrant must not unsubscribe from the Green Organics mailings throughout the duration of the Giveaway.
    * Winners will be notified by email in which they have to respond to the email within 7 days for the prize to be mailed out.
    * All information collected from entrants will be kept confidential - personally identifiable information on individual entrants will not be sold or otherwise transferred to unaffiliated third parties. Communications from Green Organics generally update and advise entrants of new games, events, services, and benefits. Green Organics may contact entrants in the future with offers that it feels may be of interest. If you do not wish to receive these mailings, you may unsubscribe by emailing support@greenorganics.com.au or by clicking the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email received. By unsubscribing from Green Organics Australia, you will be removing yourself from the Giveaway: you will no longer be eligible to win Prizes.
    * By entering, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Official Giveaway Rules and by the decisions of Green Organics Australia which shall be final and binding in all respects.
    * No substitution or transfer of prizes permitted.
    * Entrants agree to allow Green Organics the use of their names and/or likeness for advertising and publicity purposes, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
    * All federal, state, provincial, territorial and local laws and regulations apply.
    * Green Organics is not responsible for lost, late or misdirected online entries, for incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete entry information whether caused by an entrant or an equipment or technical malfunction or for any technical error or malfunctions or clerical errors.
    * Green Organics is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of this Giveaway, including but not limited to errors in advertising, the Official Giveaway Rules, the selection and announcement of the Prize winner or other winners or the distribution of the prize.
    * Green Organics reserves the right to amend these Official Giveaway Rules, and any amendments shall come into force upon being posted on the Green Organics website.
    * Green Organics reserves the right to cancel this Giveaway at any time for any reason whatsoever without obligation or prior notice.
    * By entering, entrants release and hold harmless Green Organics, their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability or any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this Giveaway or any prize won.
    * Entrants may not enter with multiple email addresses nor may entrants use any other device or artifice to play multiple times or as multiple entrants, other than as permitted by these Official Giveaway Rules. Any entrant who attempts to enter with multiple email addresses under multiple identities or uses any device or artifice to enter multiple times will be disqualified.

Authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, on line service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.

The name of the Green Organics Giveaway Prize winner will be posted on the Green Organics Web site within 120 hours of the completion of the giveaway. The winner/s will be contacted via email.
