Season six of House, still one of the most entertaining and popular shows on the box, arrives on DVD this month and thanks to the lovely folk over at Universal we have five copies of the six disc box set to give away!
In this sixth season Dr Gregory House faces some major hurdles on all sides as he struggles with his breakdown and tries to regain control not only of his life but also gain his medical license back. Being away from the hospital is an intolerable position for House of course leaving the rest of the staff to negotiate their own rocky way through hospital life. Watch out too for guest appearances from the likes of James Earl Jones, Laura Prepon and David Strathairn.
The set is packed full of extras too not least in the shape of audio commentaries, a fabulous feature called Before Broken: The Concept Reel which shows Hugh Laurie at his best as he works without script or plan inside Mayfield Psychiatric Hospital; The featurette A Different POV focuses on the episode Lockdown which was directed by Laurie himself. There are also featurettes on casting for the Mayfield set amd a look at the stunning visual effects used in the episode Epic Fail. The set is also being released in a limited edition Collector's Pack featuring a T-shirt bearing a classic Gregory House quote.
