2. Information on how to enter the promotion and prize forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
3. Entry is open to Australian residents over 18 years old. Directors, officers, and employees (or immediate family of a director, officer, employee) of the Promoter and its related bodies corporate and the agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
4. To enter, individuals must during the promotional period sign up to the Lasttix Hot Deals newsletter by entering their details on the sign up page at
www.lasttix.com.au/competition. By entering this promotion, individuals agree to receive future communication from the Promoter.
5. Multiple entries are permitted, provided each entry is submitted from a different email address and in accordance with entry requirements. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
6. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners. All entries will be individually judged according to their originality, creativity and correctness. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. The Promotion starts at 12:01AM AEST 03/08/2010. Entries close 11:59PM AEST 30/09/2010. Entries received after 11:59PM AEST 30/09/2010 will not be accepted. Judging of the entries will take place at 12:00pm AEST 16/10/2010 at Lasttix offices, 506/6 Cowper Wharf Rd Woolloomooloo, NSW 2011. All times indicated are based on Sydney AEST local time unless specified otherwise.
8. The winner will receive an Apple iPhone 4 32G Wi-Fi.
9. Winners announced: The Prize winners will be notified in writing via email within 7 days of being determined. The Prize winner’s name may also be published at
www.lasttix.com.au as well as the Lasttix Facebook and Twitter pages.
10. There will be 1 winner in total.
11. The total prize pool is valued at a maximum of $999.00 RRP.
12. If the prize is unavailable for whatever reason, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute that prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.

If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that the Promoter may use this information to contact you for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants' personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments and the winner's name published as required under the relevant lottery legislation. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of the prize.
16. The Promoter will not be responsible for any incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information communicated in the course of or in connection with this promotion if the deficiency is occasioned by any cause outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, including without limitation technical malfunctions or failures.
17. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned in any respect due to any cause beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, postpone or amend the promotion subject to the written directions of any regulatory authority.
18. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
