The following Terms & Conditions apply for The Advertiser’s “Cat Empire” Competition.
METHOD OF ENTRY To enter this competition, participants must SMS their full name and address to 197 197 33 during the promotional period. Entry is only open to South Australian residents.

DURATION OF THE PROMOTION The promotion commences 1:00am Wednesday, August 25, 2010. Promotion closes and all entries must be received by 11pm August 26, 2010 to be eligible.
NATURE AND VALUE OF THE PRIZES The first three valid entry drawn electronically at random will win:
• Once (1) double passes to see Cat Empire play on September 1, at the Thebarton Theatre. Prize also include spasses to their sound check before the concert.
Minimum value of the prize is: $300
PLACE, DATE & TIME OF DRAW The promotion will be drawn at Advertiser Newspapers Pty Limited, 31 Waymouth Street, Adelaide SA 5000 at 2pm on Friday, August 27.
METHOD OF ADVISING RESULT OF DRAW Prize winners will be notified by phone and winners will need to pick their double pass up at the gates on the night of the concert.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY Employees of Advertiser Newspapers Pty Limited and companies associated with this promotion and their families are ineligible to enter. The value of prizes is based upon information available at the time of publishing. Any change in the value of prizes between the publishing date and the date prizes are claimed is not the responsibility of the promoter. Prizes are not transferable and cash equivalent will not be given. No responsibility accepted for lost or misdirected mail. The judge’s decision in relation to all aspects of the competition is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
