How to Enter
Entrants must sign up to receive a free Missy Confidential e-newsletter by entering their name, email address and postcode, on the subscribe page at

Entrants must also tell at least 1 friend about the Missy Confidential website using the form on the "tell your friends page" at

Once using this form and pressing the send button, the entrant sends an email invitation to invite friends to subscribe. The entrant is entered automatically into the competition when at least 1 friend subscribes to the Missy Confidential newsletter at

3. There is no limit on the number of times an entrant can enter the competition but each entry will be recorded in accordance with the entry requirements. 4. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries, at any time during or after the closing date, and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
5. Promotion commences Monday August 30, 2010 and closes Sunday September 26, 2010 midnight AEST. 6. The draw will take place at MissyConfidential.com.au Head Offices in Leura at 10am EST on Monday September 27, 2010. The winners will be notified by email and / or phoned - and will be announced on the website of MissyConfidential.com.au on Tuesday September 28, 2010.
7. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. The winner will be randomly selected using a computer based engine from a pool of people who subscribed to the Missy Confidential Newsletter and referred at least 1 friend to missyconfidential.com.au during the promotional period.

Competition prize is a Miijo.com Gift Voucher to the value of $1000. The competition prize is not refundable, non-endorsable and non-transferable. Gift voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and cannot be redeemed for another gift voucher. Competition prize is not redeemable for cash. 12. The promoter may conduct further draws at the same time and place as the original draw as is necessary on 27/12/10 in order to distribute a prize if unclaimed by that date subject however to any written directions given under Reg 37 of the Lottery and Gaming Regulations 1993 (SA). All unclaimed prize draw winners will be notified by email and the unclaimed prize draw winner of prize will be announced on

13. All entries become the property of the promoter.
14. If the winner of a prize is under the age of 18 years the prize will be awarded to the winner's parent or guardian.
15. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
16.
