1. Spend a specified amount at participating stores in Q Super
Centre to obtain an entry form to go into the draw to win a prize to
the total value of approximately $5,000.

3. The prize package consists of three x return economy airfares
with Virgin Blue (Gold Coast – Melbourne), return airport to hotel
transfers, two nights’ accommodation in a two bedroom apartment
at Mantra on the Park in Melbourne, three x reserved seats at the
2010 Toyota AFL Grand Final on the 25th September 2010, Pre
match brunch at the 5 star Sofitel on Collins Ballroom, official
Melbourne Visitors Guide Discount booklet, ticket lanyard and
ticket wallet. (Prize)
How to Enter the Competition
4. The promotion commences at 9:00am Monday 23rd August
2010 and concludes at 5:00pm Sunday 5th September 2010.

5. Only Australian residents are eligible to enter the competition or
win the prize, and the following persons are not eligible:
a) owners and managers of Q Super Centre
b) retailers of Q Super Centre;
c) the employees or contractors or immediate family members of
the persons and entities in paragraphs (a) and (b).
6. In condition 5, an ‘immediate family member’ of a person means
any spouse, child, defacto or any other family member residing at
the same premises of that person.
7. To obtain an entry form a person (entrant) can collect and entry
form, for purchases of $20.00 or more in one transaction from any
participating Q Super Centre specialty retail stores. Supermarkets
are not included. Supermarket receipts will not be valid.
8. Retail shopping receipt does not need to be attached when
entering the competition with the Bonus Entry form published in the
Gold Coast Sun on 25th August 2010.
9. Payment for services (e.g. electricity, gas, and telephone),
registrations (e.g. motor vehicle registration), premiums (e.g.
insurance or heath fund premiums), rates, deposits or payments to
financial institutions and any similar payment will not qualify as an
Eligible Transaction.
10. To be valid, each entry must:
a) be on a completed official entry form supplied by Q Super
Centre;
b) contain the entrant’s full name, address, email address and
telephone number;
c) have a retail shopping receipt with a sale value of $20.00 or
more attached to the entry form.
d) be placed in the entry boxes provided by the Promoter outside
Woolworths and Coles Supermarkets during the promotional
period.
11. There is no limit on the number of times a person may enter
the competition – no copies of will be accepted.
12. By entering the competition and completing the entry form, the
entrant agrees to receiving information from Q Super Centre and
Flight Centre.
13. The Entrant agrees to the content of the Privacy Statement.
Drawing and Delivery of Prize
14. The draw will occur on Monday 6th September 2010.
15. The prize winner need not be present at the time or place of
the draw to win. The first correct entry drawn is the winner.
16. The Prize winner must be available for travel from Friday 24th
September 2010 to Sunday 26th September 2010.
17. The prize winner must contact Flight Centre at Q Super Centre
to confirm their flights and the names of the three persons
travelling by Friday 10th September 2010.
18. The Prize winner is responsible for their own transport to and
from Gold Coast Airport.
19. The Prize winner is responsible for return hotel to game
transport.
20. The Prize winner is must abide by the airlines time policies and
is responsible for all charges and fees if persons travelling are late
for flight.
21. The promoter will use reasonable endeavours to notify the
Prize Winner by telephone and email. The Promoter will not be
publishing the results of the draw. The winner will be requested to
return to Q Super Centre to claim their prize.
22. If the Prize Winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will
be awarded to the parent or guardian of Prize Winner.
23. The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be
taken as cash.
Other General Terms and Conditions
24. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be
entered into.
25. All entry forms remain the property of the Promoter and the
Promoter agrees to keep confidential all personal details obtained
by the Promoter during the Promotional Period and agrees that
such information will be used for the purposes of the promotion
only.
26. The Promoter accepts no liability whatsoever for any loss,
damage or injury whatsoever that may arise in any way from the
use of the Prize. The Prize Winner must, on demand, indemnify
and keep indemnified, the Promoter, is subsidiaries, employees,
advisors and agents against all claims , losses, damages, costs
and expenses reasonably or lawfully suffered or incurred by The
Promoter by reason of any loss, damage or injury incurred by the
Promoter arising out of this competition.
27. The Promoter will collect and use the personal information you
have provided for the purpose of carrying out this competition.
