1.Information on prizes and how to enter forms part of the terms and conditions. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of the terms and conditions.
2.Entry is open to residents of Australia only. Employees and immediate family members of Napoleon Perdis staff are exempt to enter the competition.
3.This competition is a game of skill.
4.Entry is available via the Napoleon Perdis email and via the website
www.napoleonperdis.com. All entrants are required to provide name, email, address, postcode, state, country and a mobile telephone number.
5.By entering this competition all entrants agree to compete to win one Rachel Gilbert dress valued up to $800.00 or 1 of 15 Limited Edition 15 Years Anniversary Lip gloss Palette valued at $79.00 each.
6.The total Prize is valued at $1985.00 AUD.
7.The style of the Rachel Gilbert dress, colour and size are subject to availability.
8. The Promoter takes no responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate contact information provided on competition entry. It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct and accurate contact details, including phone, email, mailing address and postcode.
9. If any prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to the Promoter’s discretion.
10. The prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied by the winner. Prize values are in Australian dollars at the recommended retail value including GST as provided by the supplier and are correct at time of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value.
11. The competition opens Friday 27th August, 2010 and closes Sunday 3rd October, 2010 at 23:59 (EST). Winners will be decided based on skill and originality at the promoter’s premises (90 Euston Rd, Alexandria 2015) on Monday 4th October, 2010 at 10am.
12. The winners will be notified by phone on Monday 4th October 2010 where instructions for prize redemption will be provided. If the Promoter is unable to contact any of the selected winners within 5 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner.
13. In determining eligibility or winning entries, the Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. The Promoter is not responsible for any misdirected or lost entries.
15. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
